      Just had my computers worked on by ***. He did a very good job. Completely overhauled both my computers and now they work like brand new. I would recamend him to every one I know. Very nice person also.

      5 star service. Mr. ********* diagnosed my PC as possibly a "dirty power" glitch that caused my caused my PC to crash. This could have only been done with the in-home services offered at Karls Technology.With his expertise and knowledge, he was able to diagnose my computer and update the programs. While explaining to me in a ******** terms of what was happening and prevention of further problems. A very pleasurable experience for me to get my pc up and running again. Thank You ******* *********; Computer Field Engineer.

      ****** did a great job. He was very informative, very helpful. He provided the sequence of steps to perform, starting with changing Apple password, then to contact Internet Provider to change WIFI password, then changing bank account password.
