3S Restoration LLC did a great job with the water damage on my bathroom bedroom and master closet.3S Restoration worked closely with the ***************** adjuster to keep within the insurance guidelines.We also at the same time had a walk-in shower installed. I would highly recommend 3S Restoration for any of your restoration needs - even though they be few and far between (hopefully). The owner, ****, (and his crews) patiently answered all my questions, even the "dumb"ones. His crews were all pleasant, helpful, caring and most important, they listened! You could tell they were proud of their work and enjoyed it. Each crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. Thanks to you all (*****, ******* ******* and your men) for making it a pleasant, un-stressful situation. And I can't forget ****** and ***** who came early this morning and whipped through final clean-up like a tornado - and helped move things back in place! Thank you all!!JENReview fromCheryl L

We shopped for a trustworthy contractor. We met with **** told him what our timeline was and he promised us he could get it done I asked about a project manager, as they are the ones that keep the job going. ***** was fantastic organizing all of the trades. Every day we knew what to expect. All of the different crews started on time, and worked diligently. We had tile removed & LVP installed. The mess was minimal & they cleaned each day before they left. Our master bathroom is so beautiful, It made me cry.Review fromRudy G
