    This Dance Studio will try to scam you out of money continually. They do not have a contract and you pay on a month to month basis. You pay them via PayPal. You sign in via app to each class you take. I stopped attending classes at the studio and payed the rest of my month through. I have not attended the studio for 3 months yet the owner still trys to collect payment for the months I havent attended. When he reached out via text I sent him proof that I had no longer attended and that I had paid up and hadnt been a member for the last three months.The owner apologized and recognized his mistake. The next month he emailed me and tried to charge me for the past month. He has done this with friends of mine as well. He will pretend he doesnt know you dont go to his studio and reach out multiple ways to try to get you to pay him different amounts. Its borderline harassment.

    Our business management software has an auto-renew feature that automatically charges clients every month. I didn't check the box that turned that feature off. It was an honest mistake and ******* only paid for the classes she attended. When the mistake was brought to my attention I fixed the error. We are a small business wearing multiple hats. Perhaps a little latitude is in order.
