  We had a patio sliding door repair done. The two repairmen who came out were on time and very professional. We appreciate their hard work to repair the sliders and rollers and clean up after completion. We did have to call after we did not get the estimate for a week and again we had to call in another week to get the appointment. I do feel they do need to work on timely customer communications. Their workers are excellent and the work was done well which offset that communication issue.

  We just completed a full house window replacement, including 21 windows and 2 doors. We selected TrueView Windows over other contractors due to their installation process which included cutting back the stucco 4 around each window, which is important when the house is older. We had Milgard aluminum (black) windows installed, which look stunning!It took TrueView Windows 5 days to complete the installation, then had to wait a few days for the stucco team to start on installing the new stucco around the window frames. Tip, make sure you have your painter inspect the stucco to ensure finish matches your existing stucco finish, and there is a smooth transition. Overall very pleased with TrueView Windows and would highly recommend them!

  My husband works in construction and seems to know the best in each trade.True View came out to take measurements and give a quote for a bath/shower door and large main bath shower. After we paid the deposit they contacted us with an installation date. Installation day they called within the time window to advise they're on the way. They were quick and professional. Considering all the tools they used, you wouldn't have known they were there it was as clean as before they'd arrived. Competent and professional, highly recommend.

  Great job. They were fast and did great job cleaning up when done. They took time to answer questions I had. We really like the crew that did our windows. We had neighbors stop look while they worked, and after they were done, looking at their work and the windows. Great job really nice windows!!!!

  **** came out and completed the installation of my broken window. He is AWESOME! He was professional and finished in a timely manner and left my floor cleaner than it was when he arrived. He even took a minute to play fetch with my ***************, who also loves him. Everything about the entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Everyone I had contact with has polite and went out of their way to assist me. I would highly recommend this company, and will not hesitate to use them again.

  Their technicians were on time a very friendly. They did a great job replacing the wheel and door lock on my sliding glass door. They were able to adjust my frameless shower door so that it now closes properly.I would recommend them highly
