    Overall, I am very happy with my new windows. I like how they look and the new features available on them that I did not have on my old windows. Here are the factors contributing to the 4-Star Rating:Sales/Marketing ****** was very informative and respectful of my time. He was not a pushy sales agent.Pricing Window prices were very competitive with other companies in the area. ****** and ******* helped me redesign my window configuration to minimize my replacement costs.Timeliness The windows were manufactured in the time-frame given. I had all windows replaced in just two days.Installation The two-man team worked diligently and were focused on installing the windows on time and with quality. However, there were some concerns with job site cleanliness. While I did observe some cleanup occur during the installation, after the crew left, I had plenty of cleanup to do myself. This included: cleaning most vinyl/glass components because they had caulk or black adhesive on them. The window ***** also needed cleaning. There was damage done around two windows and I was never made aware of it by the lead installer. It was only after I questioned him about it did he acknowledge what had happened. I had multiple pieces of old window plastic, metal screws, and metal and glass shards to pick up inside and outside of the house. I guess I expected a better cleanup job I expected them to treat my home like it was their own.Follow-up ****** stopped by my home following the installation to discuss my concerns with work-site cleanliness. He was genuinely concerned that I did not receive the service I had expected and we had discussed when I initially bought my window package. He worked with his management to resolve my concerns as best they could.I would have liked to have given Elevate Windows 5 Stars. However, the issues with work-site cleanliness could not be overlooked given the considerable amount of time I spent cleaning up after the work crew left my house.

    We have loved working with elevate windows. Theyve been very professional and good to communicate with us. They look great, and Im sure will serve us well for many years.
