I Registered my domain in the year 2013 as Eldees.com. It was hosted by Namecheap.com, along with two other domains, Sestexas.com and EldeesAttic.com. My main business domain Eldees.com was due for renewal in Nov 2022. This domain is the name of my main business. Namecheap.com informed me via email that my domain was due for renewal, however, when I tried to renew my domain there were problems with passwords that did not work. Each day for the next two months I spent 1-2 hours daily trying to enter the website to renew Eldees.com. Also, spent many hours over the phone speaking with NameCheap.com Support. Finally in Jan 2023, I was able to login to the website. My domain. Eldees.com was no longer available for renew. The Support person informed that my domain had expired and that I needed to contact ICAAN.com in order to get it back. I was informed that the price would be high. I contacted ICAAN.com and they provided no support or information. I checked online for Eldees.com and saw that my domain was for sale with GoDaddy.com $3,499. NameCheap.com operates in a fraudulent manner by preventing the renewal of my domain when due by not allowing me to login to my account to renew my domain. I kept me locked out of my account until my domain had expired. After expiration, NameCheap.com informed via phone conversation that it will cost a lot to get my domain back. My domain Eldees.com is the name of my Etsy business. I have operated this business since 2013. Now, the website does not work due to the fraudulent practices of NameCheap.com. On the NameCheap.com chat, email and phone conversation, I have a long history of communication, but their motives are clear. They managed to prevent the renewal of my domain by preventing me from login to my account until after my domain had expired. Now they are attempting to profit from my domain by selling it for an extremely high price. I named my domain Eldees.com after my mother. The name is sacred. I contacted ICAAN. No help.

This is a fraudulent site. According to WhoIs the domain name of this company is located in *********, *******. The same address in *********, ******* is used by a company called Getixhealthinc.com which scammed my daughter out of $4,820. This has been reported to both the *** and local law enforcement agencies. The individual associated with Getixhealth.com goes by *****************************. He was given my daughters contact information by *********************** which was listed on Indeed.com. Both of which have "disappeared".Beware of any sites registered by namecheap.com

This is just a company that lets people use stolen credit cards to create phishing sites to scam even more. Had a bunch of charges on my card and they were asking me if all the website domains were mine. No, sorry. I don't use sites called "dhskhASDH-********1.COM" , etc. Had to repeatedly tell them that those were bogus sites and anyone who uses a company name like ******* in their domain name is probably a thief.

As someone who has designed and setup a number of organizations using Godaddy and *******, never have I had such poor service as through NameCheap. Their name says it all, while cheap they have limited customer service and the support staff are not empowered to do anything but read from a scripted screen. Heaven forbid anyone would use this service and need to speak with an actual supervisor.

They say they value their customers but evidently not if there are issues that negatively affect them. They don't value me, my time my safety or my money. Their system advertised a domain for $10... The system took my money and refunded it back right away but will take up to 10 days to go back into my account. The support person said try again. I was reluctant to because I had a feeling it was a glitch. They would not make the transaction for me. It happened again. $20 Im not seeing for a while. I put $10 in my account, no luck but at least i got it back right away. They then say its a premium domain and there's nothing they can do. sorry about my wasted time and my money I have to wait for, not to mention the stress of it all. Nothing done to make it right, to say hey you are safe here, we got ya. No. I am not safe there, it seems like its a trap. If you have no issues then its fine but when there is it going to be at your expense and they will look at you. Tell you they value you and do nothing else.

This company has hosted over 651 fraudulent crypto accounts that are daily defrauding their users. My experience is with coincoot.vip which has take over ******* dollars of my money. Before I lost all this money i filed a complaint with namecheap.com that I believed I was being defrauded of money by the above listed website. They replied to me that they didn't in fact host the website which is a lie. I have found a document from Alabama ********************* which list over 650 different websites controlled by the same company. They use the anonymity to hide their true names and are enabled to continue their fraud.please ****** alabama securities commission and enter the website name to see all the names they use.

While offering cheap domain names, this company unfortunately appears to be in the game of adding unauthorized services to accounts and then billing it through the automated payments permissions that are used for domain renewals, with no apparent way to even locate the bogus charges in order to turn the unauthorized charges off for the account. Lame. They should likely change their company name to 'Namecheat', lol, since that name more closely resembles their preferred apparent business practices.
