We made the mistake of buying this in 2019. We have NEVER used,it. They are now billing us $149 paying our account is past due. I called them today and said to cancel this service. We willlNEVER use it and we have NEVER used it in the past. They are telling me I own it for life. How do I get rid of it!?!??! kI dont want to even give them a star, but I guess I have to in order to have this submitted.

LIES LIES LIES!! We went to a meeting to get a "2 night stay" for listening to a presentation. Well we ended up paying $9000 for a "Vacation pkg" that we were supposed to get 30-70% off. The guy never showed us how it worked online since we were familiar with booking online.. They told us we couldn't cancel and once I tried to speak with someone about canceling, she said it was 3 days and we were past that. Then they said they would "Sell" it for us. Such liars! Stay far away from them. When I tried to use it, we got better rates on booking.com. I wish I had done my research right away. Still paying on a CC balance that I put this on. I hope others check on them before buying.

Paid $7,000 for empty promises; plus a yearly renewal fee of $250 for three years. We tried to plan two vacations and the prices quoted were totally outrageous! The "inexpensive trips" are only offered for where they want you to go and when... totally useless. You can do better by hiring your own travel agent and putting that 'membership fee' in your pocket.

Horrible. That company cheats the people. I made the mistake of buying a membership. No one helps you. They have "deals" when no one can travel (start of school, etc) and you can fin better deals on the internet. Don't be fooled.

well, I guess ****** learned. My husband and I purchased a membership in 2020. We have only used them once. Not much of a discount considering what we paid yearly. We have been trying to find someone to take over our membership, but no luck. We receive calls all the time to renew. We have tried to cancel, but were told this is a lifetime membership. I don't remember them telling us that during the presentation. I'm still trying to find a way to be rid of them, because we are older, and only travel local. If anyone has any ideas, please post them. We are almost 2 years behind on the renewal.

We also have a written contract with Primo that if our timeshare was not sold within 6 months, we could get a full refund. We are getting the run around and cannot get in touch with the sales department. The phone Number listed on their website and our contract is out of service. The booking agent on behalf of PRIMO is not connected and the Number they have is the same that is out of service. We have never used the service. Our main goal was to get our timeshare sold (which has not happened). Everything that was told to us in the VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH were misrepresentations. We have tried every avenue we can think of to get in touch with a Primo representative that can assist us, but to no avail. Do not get sucked into this scam

Despicable company! High pressure sales, offering great discounts on travel. After researching their offerings, it became clear that better pricing could be found through AAA, free travel sites or individual research on the internet. We will not renew and are receiving threatening calls/emails from the company. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!

We have a written contract with Primo that if our timeshare was not sold within 6 months, we could get a full refund. We are getting the run around and cannot get to the sales department. The phone Number listed on their website and our contract is out of service. The booking agent on behalf of PRIMO is not connected and the Number they have is the same that is out of service. We never used the service because I first wanted to see our timeshare sold. That is why we entered into this agreement. **** the podium speaker and *** the Verification officer made a good presentation. But we made clear that our primary purpose was to sell our timeshare. The person they knew and put us in touch to see the timeshare is also not directly related to PRIMO. The price they quoted to sell would cover what we paid to PRIMO but until that happened I ethically did not want to use their service..I think it is a shell game. Last week I tried to get in touch but never succeeded. Just called the billing service and they say they are not related either. Primo's website has great pictures but.....it seems to be impossible to get to those in charge.
