Purchase date: 2/18/2023. We quickly noticed the back door wouldn't **************, the sales agent added on contract that they would replace strut on back door. When we drove the vehicle home it was leaking from the bottom of the transmission. Reached out to **** and communicated via text message letting him know there was an oil leak, check engine light, and reminding him about the back door not opening with remote key. Via text they made promises to fix and even connected us to their mechanic who then quit and they blamed for not being able to stick to their promise. When we attempted to reach out them further they would not respond. Therefore, I went to speak to them personally. Made every attempt to try to resolve and was demanded by another sales agent to leave the premises when I stated that if they are unwilling to work with us after making promises that I would need to take legal action. The mechanic that quit has information about what they promised to repair. I took the vehicle to Aamco Transmission where they stated that the transmission would need to be completely repaired that they should've never sold me the vehicle due to the code that was showing it would've never passed emissions and it was dangerous for me to have on the road with my children.

I am Motor Markets attorney. I handled *********** complaint when it came through the BBB website. We received a demand letter from *********** attorney in May 2023, and handled the matter by responding in kind with 2 options on how to resolve the matter. I made several attempts to contact the attorney following my response to the demand letter in order to reach a resolution on this issue, to no avail. We have considered this matter closed for several months now, due to the lack of response.

The sales person and finance manager of the auto sales business both lied to me in order to sell me a an unwanted service warranty that ended up costing me over $10,000. After repeated attempts of telling them I did not want the service contract, they told me I had no other option but to take it. After discovering that I was lied to, I called them to cancel the service contract and issue me a refund. They refused to do so. They lied to me again and told me I had to wait a certain number of days so they could receive their commissions. I had to call the service warranty company to facilitate the cancellation, then I had to call the banks to facilitate an issue of the refund. As of right now, the company still has not issued me a refund, and they continue to give me the runaround. I am expecting $3500 worth of refund paid directly toward the principle of my car, which will lower the interest rate by half. Yet, they still refused to do this after several weeks of attempts. I am also looking for a refund on the gap insurance. They forced upon me for $900. I have a fear that if the Better Business Bureau does not get involved, I will never see my money. Please help me. In addition, they charged me $700 for LoJack, which I later discovered the car does not have. They lied to me about that as well.I would like an additional refund of this attitude, the principle of my account as well. In total, I am waiting for:$3500 Service contract $900 ************* $700 LoJack Total: $5100 toward the principal of my auto loan.

We're sorry that there's been a misunderstanding with respect to what was included in your total contracted price. As we have already discussed and clarified this misunderstanding via phone, we will not rehash the subject here. However, so you're aware, your warranty was fully refunded on February 8, when your check was cashed. We did not charge the cancellation fee that was associated with cancelling the warranty, and we bore those costs ourselves. Your gap insurance check will be mailed out this week, as we just received it ourselves.

With respect to the interest rate on the vehicle loan, we do not dictate the interest rates ourselves, rather the banks do. The lower interest rate option that you were referring to is associated with a higher monthly payment than you were contracted for, as you needed a lower monthly payment, which is associated with a higher interest rate over a longer period of time.

This should close all outstanding issues. If you have any further that you need to discuss, please contact us directly.

first off , I told them about my issues with the car and they should of never sold me a car without having emissions done . I dont know how they even got the car emissions and put in my name with the same check engine light code since I had bought the car . Yes they had tried to fix the issue but the issue was never corrected . Yes I made a claim on my car because I wanted to show how much damage to help better my case that I was not lying about the issue about my car . It is really sad that I had to reach out to there ******** page to get a response back from there business more so the owner . It is really bad business on there part that I asked for the owner multiple times to speak with to help my concerns but **** said he does not deal with customers which is also unprofessional of them . I also have 3 other people victims that this also had this happen to them from Motor Market. This is a on going issue and there is proof of the other victims reviews to show on there ******** that it has also happen to them. They would also be par of this to help not let this keep happening to others.

More so, I told Motor Market mainly **** that I do not want this car anymore before they had got this car registered and put in my name .. but they refused to help me and give me my money back. This is very frustrating that they didnt even care to keep the vehicle before putting the car in my name . They knew what they were doing . And they knew it would be to late to fight my case after getting the car registered to my name . But Im losing 15000$ and also I have to get this car fixed which Im repairs it is another 5000$. Thats just bleeding money out of some one thats was trying to get a good car because I just graduated college with my engineering degree. All I wanted was a good car to congratulate myself on how much I had accomplished . But ever since I had got this car it been a uphill battle .

t back on again. I told the salesman once again that my car once again had the same check engine like code. They again told me to bring back the car back in so they can again fix the check engine light issue. As soon as brought the vehicle to the dealership because the check engine light issue they **** the finance employee told me that the car also was also not even registered because the they still need my car to pass emission due to the same exact engine light code. So I went ahead and left my car there so they can fix the issue but after leaving the dealership I was really frustrated because I bought a car that didn't even have the emissions done. I was not told that the car did not have emissions done the day of the purchase. I went ahead and told ****(financial employee) and also the salesman that I no longer want this vehicle because the amount of issues that the car haves. **** refused to give me my ****** 370z back and also my $3000 down.

********************** purchased the car on 5/4/22 on an "AS IS" basis. He also purchased an additional warranty on the car through a third party company. Within 15 days of purchase of the car, ********************** complained that the check engine light came on, so we asked that he bring in the car and we fixed it. Within the 15 day period, he brought it back again with the check engine light on, so we fixed it again. Both instances did not fall under the ******* implied warranty, and we were not legally required to fix the car, but we did so in good faith. After these two instances, we were not notified that there was anything wrong with the car. We were recently informed that ********************** took the car to another mechanic, and made a claim through the warranty company, which partially covered the costs of his repairs. In mid-June, he asked to have his trade-in car returned to him and to unwind the sale of the car, but his trade-in had already been sold and there was no legal obligation to unwind the deal, as it had been over a month since the car was sold. ******* does not have a cooling-off period in automotive transactions.
********************** had an attorney send us a demand letter for return of the car and damages associated with failing to timely perform emissions on the purchased car. At that point, the car had passed emissions and was registered in ************************** name. We informed the attorney of this and the attorney agreed that his client did not have any claims against us, and dropped the issue. However, ********************** remains disgruntled and has been adamant in leaving false reviews about our business and his experience with us on social media platforms, the BBB, attorney general, and ADOT. He has sent us threatening messages, including on our personal social media, stating that he is going to **** shut down our business, go to the media, etc. We have consulted with an attorney, who has assessed that he does not have any viable claims against us.

The vehicle was clear of any check engine light at the time emissions was performed, or it wouldnt have passed. Furthermore, the vehicle was sold in May and the customer did not ask for the vehicle to be returned until over a month later. Theres no buyers remorse cooling off period in ******* for the sale of an automotive vehicle. Vehicles are sold as is with only the implied warranty of 15 days/500 miles, whichever comes first. The customer purchased an extended warranty for exactly that reason. All recourse for any issues not covered by the implied warranty or general wear and tear, which is not covered by any warranty, should be through the warranty company.

The owner of the business did not respond to the customer on advice from legal counsel, because the customer had threatened legal action. The companys lawyer called the customer to try to clarify the situation, but was told that he was represented by legal counsel. The companys lawyer tried to reach out to said legal counsel, seeing as an attorney cannot speak directly to a represented party, and was told that she would receive a call back, but never did.

The only solution that can be offered at this point is that if he doesnt want the car anymore, he can come back and trade in the Maserati Ghibli for another vehicle.
