      **** came out as a referral from another friend. It was very refreshing he did not try to hard pressure sell me into doing all this fertilizing and trimming and Baaba baa. He gave me a great education on my trees and the health of my trees looked at my irrigation told me what I need to do to that Gave me a bid there was no pressure to get me to do the work which we did do the work and it was great. We love our trees. Weve got our irrigation working, right very happy with these guys. I will definitely refer them.

      In August of 2022 I filed a complaint with the BBB against Mike ****** Sr., owner of Certified Tree Health Specialist. In May of 2022 we had given him a deposit of $500 to remove a tree from our front yard. The total job was $2,200. That is the last we saw of Mr. ******. We received one text from him stating his climber was away on personal business and that Mr. ****** would contact us later. I filed complaints with Channel 3, 3 On Your Side, Channel 15, Let Joe Know, and with the Arizona Attorney General's Office. On September 15, 2022 I found a money order for $500 under the doormat of my home. It was from Mike Carver. It is a shame I had to go to all this trouble to get Mr. Carver to refund the $500. This issue is now resolved.

      I appreciate the review and reaching out during Covid we lost two of our best climbers for trees that do removals, since then we dont do any more removals because we have not been able to replace those guys that do removals. Im so sorry that theyre taking so long to get this done. Going back to Missouri my mom had cancer and I got Covid in the process I got Covid I was down for 21 days. ************ has been a customer of ours for several things and we appreciate his business this was been a very tough time for us but as everybody else we are getting through it and getting them back to normal. **************** is our number one goal. As soon as I seen this I refunded the $500 and put it on his door as he said. So in the end my mom passed from Covid my dad passed from Covid but as an American we are all moving on once again I apologize for the inconvenience and refund the money instantly.

      **** (owner) and ***** (technician) are not good to work with. We hired them to replace our irrigation system. $6000 later we were left with a system that lacks the pressure to even pop the sprinkler heads up to water the lawn. We have discovered two leaks in the system that they wont come back and repair unless we pay them more. Dont use these guys.
