Wish I could give negative stars. I'd give my life to have this company demolished. Consistent harassment from staff over minute 'issues' (ex; a dirty dish that had been used 4 minutes ago.) Extremely shady and potentially illegal way of getting around az and Cali landlord laws, in order to manipulate, hinder, and finally discharge right back to homelessness. Motto of "ending homelessness" is laughable. Company puts clients in a deep, dark financial pit, threatens them back to back with immediate eviction. Visits from office staff to any house is always later referred to as an extremely negative experience. Staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, and in some places doesn't even make since. A tweaked out individual with an ankle monitor is 2IC to the owner. This person cannot so much as read, yet is in one of the most prominent decisions making positions in the company. This statement alone should justify and explain all previous claims. That is their staff base. Furthermore, house managers (at least where I'm trapped) harass, threaten, and degrade you daily. Day after day if I come home and the house manager is here, I will experience this within 30 seconds. Complained of this to 2luv's chain of command, was told "we back house managers 100%. Had rest of house reciprocate the message because it happens to all of us, same response received. Stay away. My lawyers and I are looking for a way to press charges or in some way shape or form seriously damage this operation. Don't come here so you don't have to go through trying to do the same.

If the poster included actual factual statements other than childish rants and raves, this could have been addressed. The poster is a recently released registered SO whom we provided housing with and is currently behind on rent and using drugs. He was accepted into our transitional housing without money upfront, a down payment, or any income. We provided the job in which the poster worked at, before he was dismissed for drug use.  Our transitional homes have rules, which the poster didn't like obeying. If the poster would like to address specific issues, they are free to provide those to the office or to the director. Since the poster didn't address specific issues except leaving dirty dishes (even for 4 minutes, where the rules say immediately clean up after yourself) and most of the review is childish attacks on the company shows the intelligence of the poster.
