  Refused to let me retrieve my vehicle after they unlawfully towed it. Had the proper documentation but the lady was having problems reading and understanding it. She became very short and rude with me and told me she did not have to give me my vehicle back even after I had given her cash.

  It is terrible I been living in the same complex 3years first they tow my car saying it wasn't registered how you know if it wasn't registered..and now towed again like why I'm paying for something you not even sure of when I get there to pick it up they couldn't show me anything saying it wasn't registered

  Complaint Details My car, a 2024 ******* Kona Lic plate #4YA9DS was towed from 2nd St and ********* in ******* on 4/9/24 at 7:33 pm. Their business/office posted online and on their building are 8am - 5pm. I was told when I called that I could retrieve my vehicle the next day. When I did retrieve my vehicle 4/10 at 9:30am I was charged 2 days of storage. This is the Phoenix code - For billing purposes, a storage day is from midnight of one day to midnight of the next day. No storage charge may be made for a day for which: The vehicle was not available for release for two consecutive hours after the vehicle reached the storage location from which it was released. The vehicle is recovered within the first two hours that the storage location was open for the recovery of that vehicle, if that day represents the first day that the vehicle was available for release for a consecutive two-hour period after it reached the storage location from which it was released. R & M Towing consistently violates the law as you will see by all the complaints received and they continue to get away with it.

  My vehicle was towed from its assigned covered parking spot by R&M Towing due to violation of lease for having out-dated vehicle registration. When I called and asked on what authority R&M had to tow/impound my vehicle from private property, they said they were within their right due to the contract they have with the property management. What benefit would a property management company have in order to be in contract with a towing company, other than a discounted towing rate for their tenants??!! Sounds very suspect to me, especially when both parties point the finger at the other. Insult to injury, I had to turn over my keys at the tow yard to have them *********** front, they didnt need my keys when they wrongfully towed my vehicle!!!

  Towed my car and now my differential is damaged. I understand I was parked in the wrong spot but due to there incorrect towing methods my car needs significant repairs. I will be pursing litigation for all damages incurred as a result of not being able to work due to not having a car and the stress of this situation.

  My car was wrongfully towed from my complex on December 12th 2023, after being cited for expired registration and abandonment on December 6th 2023. The front office of my complex was informed that the car was registered and in use on 12/6/23. The front office alerted their representative, ******, of this change. However, after my car was towed on 12/12/23, R and M towing **** ******** informed me that fees would still apply since the car was already in their possession and they were not notified of the change. The rep also informed me that she could not provide me with the authorization to tow when asked. When I went to pick up the car from the lot, the appointment making representative I spoke with on the phone let me know, that the location my car was in, was in a cash-only location and that it was a policy for that location. In my city, where the tow yard is located, there, by-law, can be no cash only locations. That location, however, was able to take my debit card at the last minute when confronted with city ordinances. Overall, the employees provided inaccurate information as well as not following through with their due diligence/job responsibilities in a timely manner.

  My daughter ****** in a covered parking spot at apartments where she had an appointment last night and they towed my car. I went to the tow yard 1st thing this morning. Gave the polite lady behind the glass my ID, I went out to the yard and got my registration from my car (passed by the owner who was also very polite) , then made my payment. They cleaned the writing off my window and I left. All of my stuff was still in the car and it was an expensive ****** for an 18 year old. It was not the dreadful experience I've had 2 previous times in my life with other tow yards here in *******!!! Overall (besides coming out of pocket) it was quick and effortless. Just glad my limited edition ********* cup was still in the car :)

  Place is run like a bunch of 6 year olds. Unprofessional and uneducated thieves work here. Literally stole my car and towed it out of my own apartment complex parking lot and are trying hard as possible to keep it longer so they can add on more days of charges. Just an absolute joke that this is even a company. Every review on here is negative this company should be fired into the sun. Absolutely horrible scam run operation. Bunch of thieves that wont amount to anything in their lives.

  I had my vehicle towed from my apartment complex this morning. They said i didn't have my parking permit . So i went to the towing yard at 8am as soon as they opened. I talked to the girl in front office. The lot attendant took me to my vehicle to get my registration out and he himself went on the drivers side and took a picture of my parking pass that was on my window. He went to the front desk and showed the picture to the lady dealing with me. She stated that even though my pass was indeed on my window i still needed to pay the $120. To get my vehicle. I requested the picture from the lot attendant but they refused to give it to me. I called in and spoke to someone who also said they wouldn't give me the picture because the girl and guy that were helping me said there wasn't one! They flat out lied! I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and have always had the same sticker and never has my car been towed. This place refuses to admit they were wrong!
