    I ordered a set of two tools and they did not arrive due to "it appears that the order encountered an issue with the address you provided." The address is correct and is the same address used for many successful deliveries. The response from the company was :"You could have reported that the shipping address was incorrect if you had checked the order confirmation."Again, the address is completely fine."Regrettably, we cannot send a free replacement item/s or issue a refund due to the incorrect or incomplete address that you entered when you placed the order...."We can offer you replacement items at an At cost pricing. That means if you want to re-order the items, we can ship them to you at a price that just covers our manufacturing cost for the items and shipping."And thus, they're asking me to send them more money for the same items at a 50% discount.
