    Total ************* I ordered products and they sent me the wrong item.. Could not right item and no phone number for them. SCAMMER Company !!

    ****************** an online order for 1 prism for $24.49+ shipping for total of *****. Which we shipped and have *** tracking confirmation we can provide to BBB for order number **** to prove that his order was delivered. When *********** called in and had to look up his email order confirmation for order number also admitted that there was only 1 on order and that he received only 1. So basically we shipped what he ordered and we have his verbal confirmation of the transaction.

    However *********** suddenly started yelling on our **************** Lady and was very ***** creating a hostile environment claiming that he had ordered 3 and somehow we had changed his order and tried to scam him. 

    Inspire of this very rude and hostile call we have emailed him the return label and are waiting for the product to be returned and will refund him as long as product is returned without damage. However due to his hostile and rude behavior we would not be selling further products to him.
