      Ordered subscription 12/09/2023. Have never received a copy. Called phone number a half dozen times, no answer, on hold for 5-10 minutes each time. Have left message twice no response. Just received a renewal offer in email today. Called number in email, both for Sales and ***************** On hold, recording, no answer. My order number1359739

      Ordered a subscription for Christmas. Delivery date 3/7-4/7. No magazines received. An e-card was supposed to be sent, none receive. I've called customer service and sales both are supposed to be 24 hours. I get option to leave voicemail which I did. No response. I've emailed customer service, no response. Order status just shows processed. No e card, no magazines and no response to contact.

      I ordered a magazine for my grandson and it was never received. The order was placed September 1, 2022. He still hasn't gotten the magazine but I have been billed. The company refuses to refund my money. They have told the credit card company it was delivered so the credit card company will not refund my money. Do not use this company. Order directly from the magazine

      So I guess If you want to get taken for a ride this is the place. What I thought would be a perfect place for family, gifts and friends. Is a disaster. Subscription Addiction wants to pass the bucket . Tell us we need to know how to read and understand the small print about 3rd party. Claim they have only one person in charge and no one above her at all(Alyssa). She is the boss and the head of customer service and runs the company. When you ask for someone else . She hangs up the phone. Sitting and talking mechanically on her throne as she berates and continues to be matter of fact rude to the customer. I did not order my gifts to be refunded! I did not order my gifts from the Publishers and or Publications. I/we ordered them from your website. As a customer we want the follow through to be top notch the way you describe it. When I sent an email for clarification. All I got was "We will get back to you" yet the woman in charge says that the email claims info was sent to Publishers and we will have to wait up to 2 weeks.Its been 9 months. Come to find out other relatives did not get their magazines as well.The idea to refund because you can't even follow through properly is ******ed.Just as rude as you hang up the phone. I will get to the bottom of someone hire then this individual. Its how to resolve and help a customer. Not agitate or talk down to the people who help keep your business afloat. Where are my relatives magazines and when and how do I not know this has been happening for awhile. To be hung up on because you know your wrong. WOW! It's 2022. ******* are not needed.       Thank you for your comments, after reviewing the call logs for quality assurance the agent on staff provided the answer available and even offered a refund for your order as you've stated as well. At that point the language and tone escalated to a level that was not acceptable and inappropriate from one human being to another. That being said we have refunded your order and you will still get your subscription per your order.
