      Terrible service and proven documented out right lies on unit they sold me.Told they just received by operations manager when having problems opening doors. Was told by *** (via email) the unit has been sitting in yard for over a year.Antagonistic and beyond rude. Hung up on me twice when I asked to speak w GM.Tried to reach customer service and I told them I issue on a chat window and they disconnected. Try again and no one answers. Phone number to corporate office is simply a rerouting system to send me back to the office in **********, *******, where I have my problems.

      "I recently had an experience with this company that I'd like to share. When returning my container, I was given a confirmation number, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to obtain one at the time due to not having a pen or pencil with me. I asked the receptionist to email it to me instead, but it seems there may have been a mix-up with the email address on file.What frustrated me was that I noticed I was being charged for the container even though it was no longer in my possession. Not only that, but I was also incurring interest and late fees. HUGE! Fees! I assumed that the Mobile Mini would give me the benefit of the doubt without requiring a confirmation number.I'd suggest that others be cautious when dealing with Mobile Mini and make sure to keep, any confirmation numbers or documentation safe to avoid similar issues and keep an eye on what they are charging you each month. It's is separate then your contracts.

      I have tried to contact their A/R department since 11/17. First I called, tried to leave a message and got cut off and told to call back later. Twice I tried. I emailed their A/R department on 11/17 and never got a response. On 11/23 I emailed two other individuals and never got a response. On 11/30 I emailed their A/R department again and did not get a response. Also on 11/30 I went on their website, clicked the "contact us" button and sent an additional request. I did receive an email saying they received my request, but so far I have had no response and it's been two weeks. Do they even know what customer service is?

      I was in need of a storage container for a construction project in *******. Mobile Mini offered to help, but they charged me $2,200 for a unit that normally costs $400, citing "new ownership." During the discussion, we agreed up on a 4-week rental period. Sure enough, when the 28th calendar day expired, they charged me for another 4-week cycle. My understanding was that the unit would be pulled after the first period. I politely requested consideration for canceling the invoice, to which they sent a nasty response essentially stating "it's in the fine print, and I should have known better."Disgusting customer service. Avoid ********************** at all costs.

      I was a customer of a local storage ********************** for years with no issues. Mobile Mini purchased the company in late 2021 and took over their book of business. Shortly after the acquisition they decided to discontinue the trailer rental service the previous company offered, and sent us a letter informing us that we had 30 days to move out of three 45' trailers that we had been using for years and were packed full. We had to drop everything in our business to come up with a solution to move that amount of inventory in such a short timeframe, and it cost us a ton of money in moving costs to get out by the required deadline. To add insult to injury, after we moved out per the company's demand, they continued to auto **** us for the trailers they had just kicked us out of. I called the company many times trying to resolve the issue, having to sit on hold and explain the situation over and over again to the different employees in the billing department who all promise to look into the issue and get back to me with a resolution, which never happened. We filed a chargeback and won. I demanded the company remove our credit card information from their system. I continue to receive invoices from the company each month for the trailers and respond to the emails restating the entire situation that I just explained above and never receive a response. They are thieves. They kicked us out of units with little notice then continued to **** us for them and refuse to deal with the issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
