    This company is worst. They put all old stuff while charging for new.

    Greetings and thanks for the opportunity to respond. We are confused with this review. We don't know who this person is and would like more information about his complaint. There are no details listed and we can't find in our database a customer with that name. We don't sell used or old equipment and never have in our 28 years in business. It is hard to respond specifically if proper details are not given. As the owner of my company, I am more than willing to discuss this with this person to see if our differences can be worked out. Beyond that, I don't have enough information to go on to properly respond.

    We have discovered that this complaint was directed to the wrong company. This clients issues are with his builder, now **. The builder has been contacted and is in the process of rectifying the issues. Dennis Sage Home Entertainment is not responsible for the products that were supplied by the builder. And further more, the equipment provided was not "old stuff" as the client stated. It is brand new.
