  Do NOT recommend - Classic bait-and-switch scam.I had contracted for new insulation and an Aeroseal duct sealing, since 2/3 of the duct's in my attic are not accessible due to being a flat sonaran roof. The **************** is not cheap, which I knew up front, but I choose to pay for the service since there was no viable alternative with a flat roof. I was assigned a Project Manager named ****. **** seemed perfectly pleasant on the phone in advance of the scheduled service, but the first red flag was when the day of service arrived and **** did not show up. Two ForEnergy technicians who did not speak much english showed up as well as the Aeroseal technician. The Aeroseal technician performed and inspection of my attic vents and determined that my ductwork was not suitable for Aeroseal and that, rather than waste my money, he would cancel the seal. I agreed and thanked him for his honesty and then called ****. **** did not pick up so I left him a message, he called me back about an hour later and said that unfortunately the two ForEnergy reps on site had gone ahead and started ducttaping around my vents manually since the Aeroseal guy left. I argued and argued but he refused to refund my for the Aeroseal, so instead I paid a massive fee to have duct tape on my air vents, something I could have done myself in 10 minutes for free.The next day, the insulation guys showed up. I have no issues with the insulation install, although, had I contracted directly with the company instead of through ForEnergy, I would have saved at least several hundred dollars.After the service, ForEnergy issued me a report of how they "increased" my homes energy. They give my home an energy efficiency rating, in which 1 is a very efficient house and 7 is "serious leaks". I scored 10.7.In summary, I paid ForEnergy several thousand dollars for them to slap some duct tape on my vents, contract to some other vendors, and "increase" my home's efficiency to an off-the-chart terrible score.

  Hi ****, we are sorry for the experience you had. We cannot stress enough, there is no bait and switch. We had every intention of performing Aeroseal on the system. Unfortunately, when there are holes too large for Aeroseal, the seal does not perform. We manually sealed everything and the results are almost as good as they get. The system is properly sealed. The positive news is that most connection points with leaks were accessible.We are happy to come back and test the system again.

  Had FOR energy out to assess my home. ***** was extremely thorough took his time to review the areas of my home for ways to be more efficient. He also recommended things I can do myself that are quick easy fixes. One thing you dont expect from a company is to fix a problem he wasnt even there to consult on. While on my roof ***** noticed my dryer vent was clogged with debris. He took a few minutes to clean it out for me. Being a single mom and running this household on my own this was a huge thing for him to help me with. FOR you have fabulous employees working for you and I will continue to go to ***** and your company for advice, guidance and the work that ************* to be energy efficient.

  The representatives communicated well, and were on time for the initial visit. We agreed to have some work done to seal our ducts, restrap flexible ductwork to improve flow, and replace grates for air return. We were told if they were unable to complete any part of the job especially being able to access the attic and get to the ductwork, they would refund the work they were unable to do. The workers who came to do the work were not able to access the attic to fix the lines the reps took pictures of on the first visit. A refund was refused stating they really don't bill for strapping. It was clearly included in the description of what we were being billed for in addition to the verbal at the initial appointment. Very disappointed.

  *****, we are sorry about this experience. Occasionally there's an issue with accessibility between the front end pictures and the guys getting there to do the work. We want to make sure our team stays safe and isn't put in a situation where drywall may be damaged due to the tight space. We do spell out duct strapping because if it's in need and our team is up there, they do it- but it's not something we charge for.   I hired For Energy for duct sealing and energy efficiency evaluation, but the outcome was highly disappointing. The sales process was deceptive, starting with an inflated quote and a manipulative contract clause requiring a social media post for a discount, disguised as a same-day sign-up incentive.The scheduling was poorly handled, with workers arriving unexpectedly early. The initial assessment revealed my ducts were too leaky for the promised treatment, a fact overlooked during the sales consultation. Despite knowing my attic was recently insulated, the workers claimed they couldnt proceed with the job due to access issues. This left me with a misaligned and improperly reattached HVAC intake grill.Compounding the frustration, their negligence during the pressure test caused a mess in my living room, as soot from an unsealed fireplace was scattered everywhere. The companys lack of attention to detail was appalling.To add insult to injury, they charged me for half the work despite accomplishing nothing. Their offer to fix the grill felt like a hollow gesture, given their track record in my experience.It's clear that this company prioritizes their growth over customer satisfaction and quality of work. I regret hiring them and caution others against making the same mistake.

  *****, I am terribly sorry for the experience you had with my company. I can assure you, this is not the typical experience. Unfortunately, sometimes when we pressurize the duct system to seal it, we discover larger holes or leaks are impossible to get to via Aeroseal. It's not ideal for anyone so we move on to alternative methods to get the same result.On the Pay it FORward program, it is a discount we pass along to our customers in exchange for spreading the word about the good work we do. I know that's not what you experienced and I'm sorry. I can promise, we are focused on getting things right more than we are growth.If you will allow us to realign that grille and do some cleanup, we are happy to. When hiccups happen, we are always willing to fix it.

  I would give 10 Stars if I could! My husband and I have been working with ********************************* for a while now and our experience has been nothing but exceptional! We relocated to Arizona 2 years ago and ***** has been by our side working with us to get the best option for our situation. He was not pushy like the other companies that came to our home repeatedly. We had some obstacles in the beginning and ***** worked with us until we were able to overcome. He stayed with us every step of the way and worked diligently by our side until we were able to get it done!   Aggressive employees trespass *** wont leave when asked during door to door sales. They bang on windows, yell through doors, use demanding tone that you speak with them, use phrases like "i have a notice for "your name" even when told to leave. They continue to come back over and over even with posted bo soliciting and no trespassing signs clearly posted, they state "they will be back". .. the even do all this with video being taken and it being pointed out video is being taken... who could trust people like this..

  *** and ******** came out to the house today and did a thorough energy review of my home. They were both extremely professional and competent in their investigation of leaks in the insulation and ductwork of my attic. I would highly recommend them.
