    One Star is too Kind --- There should be NO STARS I am very disappointed with Airport Shuttle of Phoenix, canceling at the "Eleventh Hour" my reservation was made and paid for 3 weeks prior. We were already packed in northern *********, including my computer, so I did not know about this canceled trip from the airport to home. No texts or calls from Airport Shuttle. When I finally found out, I had to wait until normal business hours to call 4X0-7XX-3XX1 your company and only got voice messages in Spanish. I then called our routine driver ****** for help. ****** gave me your dispatcher **** 6XX-76X-2X36 whom I called two separate times and left a long voicemail explaining this. No reply at all from **** or Airport Shuttle. Now I was in a panic. ****** was very helpful giving the best directions she could during the many times in one day that we communicated. Thank you to ****** for your help. Your company needs more employees like ****** who care and go the extra mile, above and beyond for your customers.I want my paid trip refunded for the many hectic hours of panic created by this last-minute cancellation that blew apart my trip planning that was canceled by Airport Shuttle. I am so glad that a taxi was available at the ****** airport ride pickup location and got us to our home in *************I just finally got a hold of a representative for Airport Shuttle of Phoenix, for canceling at the "Eleventh Hour" my paid reservation, for last night's ride. Not an understanding person and quick to discount my event. I am publishing my complaint so this nightmare does not continue with other unexpecting and ignored customers who had trusted ******************** for reliability.I would not recommend Airport Shuttle of Phoenix to my worst enemy!

    Worst shuttle service ever rebooked shuttle driver never showed up waited 1.5 hours tried call no one answers calls had to find alternate transportation and cost me twice as much do not use this company absolutely a joke and they wont refund for not showing up and they just send cancellation policy its there fault I never cancelled they didnt show absolutely a joke of a company

    I had a very bad experience with Airport Shuttle of Phoenix. Around noon the day before I was scheduled to be taken to the Phoenix airport I received a call telling me that they were having trouble finding a driver, but were working on it. I had booked it several weeks prior and paid 150$+ for the shuttle, so I was pretty shocked by this. I called them back after 3 hours of waiting and was rudely told that they were still working on it and I should stop calling. Around 4pm, they sent an email confirming the pickup and giving me a drivers name and information, which was a relief. I woke up the following morning, the day of my flight, to a cancellation email. They weren't able to give me any explanation about why they would confirm the shuttle and then cancel it just a few hours before pickup. I only made my flight thanks to a few generous strangers and at great personal expense. It seems like this is not an isolated incident based on some other reviews, I wouldn't recommend them if you want something reliable.

    My husband and I are highly disappointed, on May 15 we were supposed to be picked up by one the Airport Shuttle of Phoenix drivers but he never showed up. I tried texting and calling him and no answer whatsoever. I wouldve thought that maybe we wouldve got a an apology through a phone call or an email or something for this inconvenience but we received neither. We ended up having to take our own vehicle and parking it at the airport. Doing this cost us an extra $83.90 plus $20 tip for the shuttle driver both ways because of not having the Airport Shuttle of Phoenix to drop us off or pick us up. I emailed them 3 days ago because I believe we should be reimbursed for extra money we had to pay for the airport parking and tips of a total of $103.90. However, I have yet to hear anything. I dont recommend this place at all because they are no way reliable or responsible for their actionsor should I say lack of.

    They charge you upfront for a round trip. The airport to the hotel was fine. But they canceled the return from the hotel to the airport at 8:30 pm for a 3:00 am pickup. Since its after hours the office isnt open, they have no back up drivers, they have no after hours phone number, and they had no option to book another driver which means they didnt have a driver. Now I get to fight them for a refund for the canceled trip. ***** this company at all costs.

    We CAUTION all riders. Company ****'s up prices after receiving 1st quote. Charged us $450 + round trip for 20 miles. We were quoted $240 round trip at 1st. Company Rep was rude and would not accommodate. Supply and demand was their response. The also sent a smaller vehicle than requested and paid for Making it incredibly difficult to fit.Drivers were good.

    DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. i WISH I HAD LOOKED AT REVIEWS BEFORE i BOOKED THE SERVICE FOR PICK UP AT 5:15 ON NOV. 5. NEVER SHOWED UP UNTIL 6:40 AND THEN IN A SMALL ***** DESPITE HAVING BOOKED A LARGE VEHICLE BECAUSE OF SIGNIFICANT BAGGAGE. COULD NOT USE THE SERVICE. SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AFTER THE VEHICLE FINALLY ARRIVED. MANAGER (****) SAID HE WOULD CANCEL THE SERVICE AND ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE $238 PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING. NOW TOLD IN RESPONSE TO NUMEROUS CALLS AND E-MAILS THAT NO REFUND WILL BE PAID BECAUSE SERVICE WAS NOT CANCELLED AT LEAST 4 HOURS BEFORE SERVICE. OF COURSE THAT COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED SINCE I WAS WAITING AT *** FOR AN HOUR AND 4O MINUTES FOR THE VEHICLE TO APPEAR. TERRIBLE COMPANY. ENDED UP GETTING AN UBER -- FOR EXACTLY THE SAME COST AS THIS SERVICE. AGAIN USE AN UBER -- NOT THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

    They keep hiding my review and other low reviews so I am posting again. Contacted customer support to complain and no one reached back to me. This incident happened in August 2023. Pick up time was scheduled at 05:30. My driver arrived 45 minutes late. The communication with her was very poor. I sent her a message and she never replied. I had to call her just to know that she was gonna take another 20minutes which turned into 25.While I was trying to get in touch with ****** (my driver), I tried dialing the emergency after hours number provided. It took a few attempts for them to even pick up the phone and when they finally picked up, the man in the line was very rude. He told me he had no information on ******* reservations because he was in ***** and that I had to wait until the ******* office opened at **** and hung up the phone on me. This is ridiculous when you have a reservation scheduled after hours.There is more to this experience, the driver tried dropping me off at the wrong airport/wrong city. Tried dropping me off at the ****** airport when my reservation was to Phoenix airport. This is unbelievable. This company only cares about your money.I paid over $300 for this service and so far every bit of it has been a disappointment.I DO NOT recommend this service to anyone. This company hide bad reviews. I have seen many bad reviews being deleted.
