  Our family had a wonderful week with 1 AZ Select Transportation. They created the best itinerary for our time in *******. *************** were so knowledgeable and fun. They were our tour guides and drivers. We had a large family with a wide range of ages and they knew exactly what each person needed. This was a trip of a lifetime and we could not have done it without them. We highly recommend them for transportation or tours!

  Excellent Service from 1AZ Select ****************************** We recently used 1AZ Select ****************************** for our trip to and from ****************** in *******, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Living on a dirt road, we were concerned about the pickup, but our worries were unfounded. The van arrived promptly, and it was clean and comfortable, making our journey stress-free.Our professional driver was courteous, ensuring we had a pleasant and smooth ride. It was clear that they take pride in their work. As a military family-owned business, they offer veteran and senior discounts, which we greatly appreciate.We highly recommend 1AZ Select ****************************** for anyone needing door-to-door transfer services to and from **************************.   Embarking on a tour with ** Shuttle was an absolute revelation for me. Not only do they provide roundtrip shuttle service from the ***************, they provide a thorough & comprehensive tour of the ** countryside.Prior to my trip, ******** corresponded with me multiple times leading up to the date finalizing the trip details and itinerary, and you would have thought this was her trip because she was more excited than I was, LOL!Their seamless shuttle service whisked me away to embark on a captivating journey through the picturesque landscapes of Arizona. Led by the dynamic duo of ******** and *******, every moment of the tour was infused with a rich tapestry of history and local lore.Exploring the rugged beauty of ******* and **** over the course of two days was a decision I'll never regret.   This a small business that cares about customer service. The day before picking us up, they sent a reminder text with a picture of the van and the driver. They're knowledgeable about the area and construction locations. They made the trip to and from the airport very enjoyable for us. Pricing is reasonable and they give a military discount.

  AZ Shuttle Select made my trip to ****** to and from the airport drama free and easy. They communicated in a timely manner, taking any concerns I might have about my first time traveling to and in ** effortless. They were also affordable with all of the fees and tip included so on the day I was traveling with them I didnt have to mess with that. Their drivers were highly skilled and personable. It was a pleasure to work with ******** and the staff of AZ Shuttle Select. I would contact them again if I need transportation services. I highly recommend their services.

  The best shuttle service I've ever used. These guys are amazing at addressing the myriad problems facing travelers to ****** **. There are not a lot of easy ways to get where you need to go and this company understands the issues and has found ways to accommodate their customers effectively. The routes are long and the flights are uncertain, the ** folks are great with figuring out how to adapt the rides in a logical way. I was very impressed watching ******** think on her feet and adjust our shuttle times in a way that would get all of our group to the resort as efficiently as possible. This is not a simple process and she was very proactive with communication and coordination. I am not sure I have ever seen such customer service and she did so whilst showing us gratitude and professionalism. Small businesses like this seem to be the last place to find genuine support and effort to get the job done well. I strongly recommend this service and will use them without question when I'm in the area.

  I would never use this company again. They did not stick to my requested pick up time that was confirmed on a $130 trip to the airport. I requested a 9am pickup which would give us plenty of time to get through baggage check and TSA without stress and give us time to eat lunch at the airport since we didn't eat breakfast. The night before, the owner ******** leaves me a voice mail and text that she would be picking us up 10am to 10:15. She said she has another ride and can't drop us off at the 9am time that the company had already confirmed they could accommodate. She would not ***** us the agreed pickup time of 9am and insists she is giving us more time than we need to get to our flight and we don't need to arrive 2 hours early as is standard everywhere. She drops us off at the airport and we enter to find a long line at baggage and again a long line at TSA. We arrived at the gate at the final call for boarding. We nearly missed our flight due to this carelessness which would have resulted in a huge expense for forfeiting our tickets and having to buy last minute tickets. We could have been stranded at the airport with our young kids for who knows how long. The owner chose to prioritize taking on another shuttle customer over keeping our agreed pickup time. When an airport trip is involved there is nothing more important than timing. The owner also stated in the voice mail that there is a mandatory required cash tip of $25 due to her at drop-off but $20 is ok. This is very unprofessional and no you can't require a tip. Tips are based on the quality of service delivered and the value of the tip is up to the discretion of the customer. If you want tips to be mandatory then they should be part of the base price that you quote. There is no excuse for not honoring our pick up time that was confirmed by the company. AZ shuttle select puts greed ahead of service.

  ****, Let me first say we are very glad you Did not missed your flight & was able to get your family home safely. Secondly anyone who knows the Phoenix ****-*************** knows its a very tiny airport & often very low lines so being dropped off with 1hr & 50 mins prior to departure with low almost empty lines is more than enough time to get their flight without stress. ****-*************** is very good at doing last minute calls allowing customers major opportunities not to miss flights so even though you experience a little stress the focus is you were able to get your flight & get home. I'm shucked of the false accusation, ********************* this client texted me 2 days later after being dropped off at the ************* this dishonest review. A completely different person than the respectably family man that was happy, chatty & laughing on the drive to the airport even singing some ****** toons I played for his kids in the shuttle. We were fully booked with others PRIOR to him booking a private shuttle for 4 people going over 1hr drive away from the airport. He did request a return trip with pickup time of 9am NOT A 9am drop off time. Get your story correct ****. In reviewing there were others already booked at the time he wanted so I called & told him we had others booked prior at that time & could not accommodate him for so early pickup. We could get him closer to 9:45 -10am that would get him to the airport by 11am 2hrs prior to ************** agreed to that time. I was his driver & arrived in the area by 9:50am & got to his bldg. at 10:02am and waited 8mins for his family of 4 to come out & load their luggage in the van to leave. We drove nonstop to ****-*************** & got there 11:07am 1hr & 45 minutes prior to his flight departing at 12:51 pm. I distinctly remember showing him the almost empty check-in lines as you can see it from the drop off point due to the small airport. Same for the *** line. The bottom line THEY DID NOT MISS THEIR FLIGHT & WAS DROPOFF TIMELY. Travel can be stressful even with advance planning and we should not be blamed for *** delays.As per our company policy on our website we clearly state our responsibility is to drop customers off between 1hr & 40 mins - 2hrs prior to their departure time for domestic travel & 3hrs for international. If we can accommodate early pickup we often do. This client purchased a PRIVATE Shuttle for his family of 4 people that cost $160 but to assist his family we discounted the shuttle to $130 and removed the required 20% $24.00 gratuity & told him to simply give the driver $20 instead as they won't mind. He felt because I was his driver & could not accommodate a 9am pickup he did not need to pay the required gratuity. Yet I'm accused of being greedy. Hmmm?? It's truly disheartening when we go above & beyond to help folks who repays our efforts with deceitful & dishonest reviews. Have a great day & safe travels ****.
