      Good morning,I have 1 question. How do you train your techs to sell? Do they go thru training with a lead? How do you know if they are the right candidate for the position? Is there a probation period and do you inform the employee on his progress. Dose the employee have to pay for there fuel, travel etc? The reason I am asking these questions is because I have communicated with recent employee who was terminated and none of these issues were ever discussed or addressed. This employee sold 3 contracts in which he has not been compensated for at this time. I hire numerous employee that do not have any experience in our scope of work but they show up every day give there 100% to learn the trade and will do what they have to do to make a living no matter what color, ethnicity or creed. Let be more considerate on people who just want to work. Regards Me
