    I worked 12hour shifts 7a-7p. I was going through financial hardship which I explained to the owner of the company. My phone was deactivated while on duty due to non payment. My schedule was removed while on duty. I called to figure out what was going on. The owner said I wasn't at work. I asked him to check the cameras as proof that I was on duty. He said he checked the cameras and saw me on duty but still fired me. I asked for the remaining amount (24hours of work) to be paid on my final check. I was instructed to return my uniforms which I did. My final check came after returning my uniforms. I was charged for the uniforms I didn't have in my possession. I was charged for a radio that didn't work nor used while on duty. I NEVER received my 24hours of work even after I presented the proof of me being on duty. This company is a scam and should not be in business. I was hired without signing a ** form and other forms required by LAW. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS *****************.

    Bunch of kids with weapons. Untrained, unprofessional, and unhelpful. There are literally hundreds of better security companies to trust. Never seen worse customer service, they will hang up on you, be weary of working with anything that relates to Urban Tactical Security. 0/5
