    I tried ID True and tried it using my name before canceling the subscription within the allowed time frame, I followed the cancelling process step by step even referencing ID True comments regarding Opt-Out process. Unfortunately they still charged my account today but I was able to get my bank involved and stop the payment. However, I have to now keep a watch on the account that is targeted or close it all together to keep them from doing the same things that they have strategically victimized others.

    To the best of my knowledge, I never purchased anything from this company. I did purchase from another background company, but know ID True is charging me randomly. I'm fighting my bank and the ID True is sending bogus/fake evidence that I purchased it. It looks like screen shots and they type my information. They put I'm from ** and I don't live anywhere near there.

    Stupid me for not reading reviews before I fell for their introductory offer. According to my records, I joined on 10/27, and on 11/26, I attempted to cancel, without success. I checked my bank account, and was furious to see that ON 11/25, they had taken out $***** from my account. My only option was to cancel my credit card so they can't do it again.

    Terrible company. Would leave 0 stars if they let you. didn't get all the info I needed as well as some people I looked up didn't even show up in there search. I had the drivers license in front of me so knew I had correct info, nothing. I tried to cancel online like it said I could only to find out you can't, you have to call. I finally called to cancel and they canceled it on the day I called not at the end of the month I already paid for, stay a way, HORRIBLE.

    TOITAL SCAM!!!!! I paid for the scan, but got to the end and was expected to pay a monthly fee in order to get results. I wish zero or negative star rating was available. Tried to do a customer chat and was told I have to pay $5.00 just to do that. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

    I never put my credit card on a site I don't know before checking for a review, somehow I fail for this one. This is a SCAM, please don't use or put your credit card in there. They charge my card and refuse to provide a refund even when the report on myself was useless, I found more on ****** about myself than on their site. Be aware!They are not even worth 1 star, but I got no choice.

    Total Scam. They covertly set you up with a subscription and make it difficult to cancel. Once I realized this I cancelled, received a confirmation of the cancellation, then they charged me again the next month. I called again and they claimed I had opened *2* accounts under the same email. Complete BS. STAY AWAY
