      Terrible company. Theyve missed my pickup and now since it wont be until after the holiday theyve just emailed me saying they wont be able to get the missed pickup for a week and a half. Do not use this company. Now I will have garbage and animals all in my yard when my family memorial party is.

      Cancel service in March then the charged me a late fee because someone didn't do their job and cancel service when I called. Called five times trying to get it fix. Keep telling me it fixed now maybe in June. Garbage guy good but billing a nightmare.

      Republic Service continues to create false invoices for charges we did not accrue, requiring us to spend hours on the phone with them to cure the issue. They are disorganized and untrustworthy.

      Warning: Unreliable Service, Misleading Communication, and ********************************** appears to operate from out of state with no local accountability. **************** is handled primarily by AI bots and a so-called "tracking app" that allegedly shows the recycling trucks routebut in practice, neither provide any meaningful information.Customers are required to pay three months in advance, and there are no refunds for missed pickups. The 96-gallon recycling cart is often left at the curb for days or even weeks with no indication of when, or if, it will be picked up. Scheduled pickups are frequently missed without explanation.Reaching a real person in customer service typically involves being on hold for 30 minutes or more. When you finally speak to someone, you're likely to hear conflicting stories. Some claim pickups occur only on certain days (e.g., Mondays and Thursdays), while others say drivers are obligated to complete missed pickups the same day or next morning. None of these promises are kept.Even worse, reporting a missed pickup before 5 p.m. results in being told the driver is still completing the route. But if you report it after 5 p.m., you're told the next available pickup is the following week. It's a lose-lose situation.The service calendar and tracking app are utterly useless, and customer service does little more than placate you with empty assurances like "your issue has been escalated."Bottom line: This companys service is disorganized, inconsistent, and opaque. It lacks transparency, accountability, and basic reliability. I strongly advise others to consider alternative providers before signing up.

      Are you KIDDING ME?! Do yourself the BIGGEST favor and RUN, don't walk, FAR AWAY from these absolute JOKERS! Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and frankly, the INSULT of dealing with their so-called "service." Thousands of complaints filed with the BBB? Are you serious?! And their pathetic 1 out of 5 stars there, coupled with a measly 2 out of 5 on ******? It's an absolute DISGRACE! Honestly, I started to think I was the crazy one, being so infuriated by their incompetence and blatant disregard for decent business practices. But NO! Turns out, there are LITERALLY THOUSANDS of us out here, all screaming about the EXACT SAME SHADY CRAP! And the truly TERRIFYING thought? Imagine all the POOR SOULS who don't even have the time or energy to add their voice to this chorus of outrage! This isn't just bad service; it's an OUTRAGE. Stay away. Just... STAY. AWAY.

      This is the worst trash company to deal with. Over the year I have gone back and forth with canceling or price negotiation. They will promise a new rate and then 2 months later increase it back up. In December I was able to finally cancel and our service representative (who was amazing) left abruptly and the cancelation wasnt processed for a few more months. Besides charging us an extra month, this company also charged 165$ to pick up their own dumpster! None of which was communicated to us. Small companies are opening up left and right and I can only hope they put republic out of business.

      They set up 3 year "contracts" for small businesses then consistently raise rates without notice. If you choose to drop their service you are charged an outrageous fee ($920.20 for me) just to be able to get rid of their service. They still have not removed my dumpster and they are still charging me for them showing up once a week to empty the dumpster I'm not using and have told them to get rid of. This company is preying on small businesses.

      Republic company has stated they are utilizing GPS and AI technology to capture any overfilled 4 cubic yard container. So far we are getting these fees from other addresses. They told me I have to call in to have the incorrect fees removed. I called for 8 months and there isn't any improvements. If you aren't checking you are being charged invalid fees. They don't appear to be working in this as this is generating extra money.

      These folks never delivered my trash bin they have caused trash to have to be laid in my yard. Their answering machine accepts payments (press 1) but to leave a message ((press 2) it hangs up immediately. I called and they apologized and said a can would be delivered and they still ****** up and it never showed !

      I spent more time calling about missed pick *** then getting service. Canceled the service March 31st due to another missed pick up. They said they would be our on April 7th to pick up the containers. Repeatedly called after that did not happen. Now we are on the third week of these containers sitting in my yard. Called today April 18th and now they are telling me there system is down for bin removal so they have to call me back. After ****** review they asked that I email customer service. Did this on April 21st. They responded on April 22nd stating someone would reach out and the issue is escalated it is now April 25th noone has contacted me and the containers are still in my yard. Plus the have not refunded the credit on my accou.Worst company I've ever dealt with. Beyond frustrated
