Refund and Exchange Policy
Return Policy:  Please have your order number from your confirmation email and call 1-866-713-3429 during business hours to request a return authorization. The order number listed on the packing slip is an internal warehouse order number and we cannot look up your order by that number.    Special order items, electrical items and items that require freight truck shipping are not returnable.   You have 30 days from time of shipment to return an item for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer, is responsible for return shipping charges to DyersOnline.com. All non-defective items may incur up to a 20% restocking/handling charge. If the item was shipped free or at a reduced rate (cost of shipping to you was less then what we paid), then you will also be charged the actual shipping charge.   If an item is defective within 30 days from time of shipment you may return it to DyersOnline.com for an exchange. After 30 days, the item falls under the manufacturs warranty and you must contact the manufacture for repair/replacement. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges to send the item back to DyersOnline.com. Once DyersOnline.com receives the defective item, DyersOnline.com will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you. If you wish to do a cross ship then you must place a new order for the same item and contact DyersOnline.com for a return shipping label. Upon receiving the item DyersOnline.com will inspect the item and credit your credit card accordingly. DyersOnline.com reserves the right to determine if an item is defective or not. Any item deemed non-defective will be charged for shipping both ways and may incur up to a 20% restocking charge.    All returns require authorization from DyersOnline.com. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) written on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable "as new" condition.
