"My car was damaged during repossession started a claim with the company then *************************** (manager) said the claim was denied due the damage being preexisting- this is not the case they tried to super glue and duct tape the front lip as if we wouldnt notice . This is probably why they wouldnt allow me to pick up my car at my scheduled time that I requested."
