- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Orders that are cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee based on the current production status of your job. The fees are as follows:
$10.00 - PRIOR to a proof being sent. $25.00 - AFTER a proof is sent to customer, but PRIOR to customer approval. 50% REFUND - Within 24 hours of customer approval to move job into production.
NO REFUND - There will be no refunds after 24 hours have passed since customer approval.
ALL REFUNDS WILL BE IN THE FORM OF IN-HOUSE CREDIT!
All complaints must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the job. Orders with manufacturing errors and/or defects will be rerun on the next available print run at no charge to the client, and at the discretion of hoenixprintingsolutions.com. Phoenixprintingsolutions.com’s sole liability shall be limited to reprinting of the order. - Business Categories
