Wish I could leave 0. Purchased a pool pump and call ****** to get it installed . Supposed to come from 12-5 0n 05/12/2025. Got two messages that serviceman was delayed. Then ay 7 get a yexy we are rescheduled the next day. We NEEDED it done on this day since only day would be out at the house this week due to graduations etc. My wife tried to get Wednesday the 14th and first thing in the morning after what happened. The lady seemed brain dead and confused or maybe she didn't care at all. They set it up then called back to change it. My wife is like no we need this time. You already screwed up my Monday when I waited 7 hours and no one came. This kept happening back and forth. Kept trying to change time they wanted to come, and time when we are not there. Kept saying DISPATCH will call DISPATCH has to set it up . F you and dispatch. Real morons that don't have any clue about customer **********************!!! Every time we called didin't even have a record of our appointment!!! Now if the idiots can't even make an appointment can you imagine how incompetent the pool repair guys are. This is a blessing since they probably would have messed everything up. I now have reputable pool company to do the work. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this s*** company!!!!!! Ive been going to the ****** store in *******- ************ for 10 years and today I had bad service with a young lady named ******. Her customer ********************** is absolutely lousy. She didnt bother listening to me. She pretty much insulted me by not answering the questions that I had nor giving me at least Minimal attention. I told her that her service was not good and that I would come back when she wasnt working and this is what she said to me youre welcome to not ever come backLeslie's

I have shopped at the *********** location before and always had poor service, ranging from employees not wanting to honor competitor pricing to just poor employee service. This time, on Saturday April 5th at 2:00, I stop in to get some pool chemicals and find that the store is closed! No sign in the window explaining why etc. This place has got to have the worst service of any pool supply store I have ever felt with. The only reason I still even consider making purchases there is the stock options and availability.Leslie's

Deceptive pricing! Ordered 4 bags of sand Free shipping it said! I was charged for shipping! So I called and they told me only the 1st bag is free after that you have to pay shipping on the rest. Guess what ****** the ****** sand filter that I just purchased is still in the box and coming back to you. Ill spend my money elsewhere. Never again, Never again, Never again.Leslie's

I would not recommend this store, wish BBB has the option of giving them 0 stars. We took in a Pool Cleaner on October 21 that was still under warranty from Manufacturer. The Manager, *******, took all our information and said she would check it and order the parts from the Manufacturer. I called the week after and spoke to *******. She said they had received some parts, but were waiting for other. Called again 3-4 days later and got the same answer. My husband called on November 6 and was told they were still waiting on parts. I called on November 7, was told the same thing, so I asked for the Case # and what parts they were waiting on. Then called the Manufacturer to ask why parts were not being sent to the store. I was told everything not only shipped, but was received on October 27! They provided the tracking of each of the parts. I went to the store with my information and told ******* about what the Manufacturers said about the parts. She went to the place they work on items, logged into the computer and said "yes, it's finished, waiting for pickup". An hour earlier she had told me they were waiting on parts, how could now be finished? I took our pool cleaner and went home, not even sure of what really had been done to it. They not only do not know what they are doing, they lie, they don't check the system, they probably use the material for other items. It is the last time I support Leslie's, especially this store.Leslie's

unqualified business that never ever try to help the customers instead get advantage of them to make money by providing wrong information. I seen they drop chemical on the ground and its a poison for nature and people around them but they don't care for saving money not to disposal the hazards chemical to the right department they put it outside and they dont care about our health. They are just selling product without providing a right information to make the customers aware of how to use it and how to store the chemical because they are-uneducated and they hate people around them just want their money nothing else. PLEASE never ever support this company again and never ever send your kids to work over there I am telling it to everyone because they are hurting American instead of supporting just for their own benefits. October of 2023, payment of over $5300 was made to Leslie's for a safety cover. It appears the order has somehow been lost! I sent a copy of the store receipt and bank statement to Leslie's ************** This, in order to prove that payment has, in fact, been made to Leslie's. Case number ******** has been opened and escalated to management. I've reached out to Leslie's too many times, and have yet to receive ANY updates. To be clear, I have no issue with the store employees. They're great, and very helpful. It's with the lack of attention at the corp office and their customer care that I have issues with. I can't begin to say how sorry I am even started this with Leslie's.Leslie's

Employees at our local store are great, but corporate/website is awful. They'll cancel your order on you, after using a "bait-and-switch" tactic with order online deals. Will also dump your earned "rewards" that you spent on the order they cancel.For the sake of local stores and employees, I wish it wasn't this way; but you're better off ordering on another platform/store.Leslie's
