    We are not al all happy with Next Level Services. Apparently they took over for ******************* Care and indicated we needed to spend $300 for a drain of our pool, which we agreed to. They were supposed to come by on Nov 6th but they showed up three days early on a Friday. They said the pool would be drained by 4pm and so we agreed to let them put the drain pump in. However, at 8pm the pool stil wasn't drained and we tried to contact them to ask what to do, since we didn't think the pump should be running after we went to bed. They never answered our text and it is now three days later and they still haven't answered. We also noticed the drain pump was left on its side (it should have been vertical) and that it wasn't left in the deepest part of the pool, so when it stopped there was still over a foot of water in it. I am looking for a more reliable pool care company.
