BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDSTERS! My sister and I had them help with only loading a moving truck that we drove ourselves cross country. We spent 3 days wrapping and packing everything ourselves so the only thing we needed was help wrapping up 1 couch & loading everything else in the truck. The guys that showed up were not the 2 individuals pictured in the confirmation email. They arrived late and we were told that one of the people was the other guys son and seemed very young and underage. They refused to load anything or pick up a box until we provided them with the payment code first. So we were dumb and paid first. They also asked if they could see our phones so they could write themselves a good review and have us sign it. We refused to do so.They took absolutely no direction as to how we needed the truck loaded. Got to the point where I had to be inside and my sister at the truck because things were being literally tossed into the truck. They had no idea how to wrap the couch even though they are movers. We provided moving blankets and several rolls of plastic wrap. My dog could have done better. They placed boxes clearly marked fragile below heavy boxes. Boxes marked THIS SIDE UP were placed on the side or upside down.We had a 2500 mile move and they refused to tie anything down even though we provided boxes of parachute cord and ratchet straps. When I told them that the way the truck was loaded was unsafe to drive they got mad and used our fragile boxes as step stools and crushed everything inside.Again they refused to ratchet strap anything down and told us that the door is on the truck to catch anything that goes flying back. I kid you not we were told that.I climbed into the truck to point out the hazards and the guy tried to close me inside the ******** sister managed to get me out and I attempted to take a picture of his license plate as he was trying to leave w/out finishing.During this he physically attached me and grabbed my arm & scratched me.
