      DO NOT USE 1ST TRIBAL LENDING!!!Our agent kept forgetting things and getting confused. We were in the middle of a bankruptcy and after getting approval from the courts and submitting all of our financials he said he would have a pre-approval letter to ** by end-of-day. A week later I call him and he starts saying he'll talk to the underwriter about our approval amount once he gets the financials and approval from the bankruptcy court. I told him that was all done and submitted over a week before. The next day he calls and says we're approved and emails me the letter saying "Go find your new house". We find a house and when our realtor tries to go under contract he starts changing EVERYTHING adding new requirements and trying to extend closing by months saying he didn't say this or that all after we had paid ******* money and to have the house inspected. He then surprises ** and says we're going to need an additional $3,450 to close. My wife and I spoke with our realtor and she suggested we speak with his manager and try to get another agent with 1st Tribal. I received a call from a woman named ***** who said she was the branch manager in the agents office. She was amazingly rude and condescending. When I tried to explain what was going on she started yelling at me telling me to just find another lender. She then said she could look at our file but it would cause ** to start over and take six months and I told her we were supposed to close next month and she said once again to find another lender. I asked when she thought we could close if we didn't have to start over and her words verbatim were: "I love it when people ask me for definite answers when I haven't looked at their file. I told you twice already I don't know. If you were perfect and didn't need to submit documents I could say sure, you can close in ***** days but you're obviously not perfect." I have never been spoken to so rudely and yelled at by someone who is supposed to be a professional.
