    We hired Phoenix Internet to install their "product" in our home on March 4, 2024. After a late arrival and hours passing as the technicians seemed to struggle, they "fled" our home without notification. Once we called to inquire and did some investigation, we found that ******* and his counterpart (the technicians) severed our ethernet cable and abandoned the incomplete job without informing us. After three phone calls and conversations with less than caring customer service representatives, I finally spoke to a member of management, ****** ********. He apologized for the incident and advised me to hire a company to repair the severed cable and Phoenix Internet would reimburse ***** took several months to find a company to do so (given the complexity of our home and cable location), but I had the repair completed and sent the invoice to ****** on August 9, 2024. I had not received a call nor email reply after I reached out repeatedly to him. So, I forwarded the request of payment and an update to Phoenix Internet's support email after speaking to ******* on 9/22/24. She advised that ****** was "out of the office" and I could not speak with anyone higher than ******. I asked to speak to the owner and she shared that **** ********** would not accept my call.The following day I received this absurd letter from ****** ******** stating that I owed Phoenix Internet for $30.54 which was the balance of my "Early Termination Fee" minus the cost of my repairs. Clearly, because Phoenix Internet failed to provide a service, they cannot charge me for an early termination fee and are in breach of contract. Furthermore, the negligence on Phoenix Internet's part for damaging our home needs to be addressed. Lastly, I suspect I am not the first to be bullied by this company and hope this will help encourage Phoenix Internet to right their wrong.

    Phoenix Internet provides unreliable service in ***************. My internet service has been intermittent for the past 3 weeks. I have called Phoenix Internet several times and they have opened service tickets and told me a technician would call me back but no one has done so. Their customer service is basically non-existent. I called today and asked to speak to a supervisor but the technician refused to transfer me. I sincerely hope people check Better Business reviews before using this company for internet service.

    Need to move back to ********* because I recently had a heart transplant to be with family. Called to discuss early termination of contract are going to be charged 80% of remaining contract. That is way out of line. There was no information on contract that was signed to start the service about early termination..
