      Far & away the WORST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. My internet has been out for NINE DAYS. Jabba can not / will not tell me when someone will he out to fix. Tech. Support says it is up to Scheduling & refuses to let me speak with Scheduling. Furthermore, they refuse to let me speak with the manager or even provide me with the name of the general manager. When I pressed for an answer they hung up on me.

      5 requests via email after receiving a verbal confirmation that they would credit me the week their service was down. They still haven't given me credit and their customer service is slow and rude. I am cancelling service.

      The internet works great when it works. But when, not if, it goes down it will take weeks for them to get it back up and running. I have contacted them numerous times and get the same song and dance about they are working on it. Two or three weeks? Give me a break. People that know what they are doing do not work for Jabba or the internet would work and when it needs to be fixed, it would get fixed in a timely fashion. They don't seem to care about providing their customers with quality service. ************ kids could do a better job or keeping the internet running and fixing what ever is wrong.

      Horrible customer service and refuses to fix their defective equipment. Technical Support will ONLY submit ticket to reboot towers, knowing full well its not resolving the issue and refuse to send a technician to work on the problem. Supervisor also refused to provide any help other than cancel service. Also refused to refund service after one week of daily calls for help and no resolution. I will simply dispute the charges with my CC company.

      The installation teams are always impaired, Jabba never drug test nor do they run a background check, every employee is always smoking weed all day long and when installing there products

      I give anyone credit if their able to navigate jabba's business model. After one month of waiting & not hearing anything from them. After exchanging emails & seeking specific answers to when I could expect service, I received no answers. I had related I would report them to ********************************************* reported I had no grounds. I discovered later in my documentation that my email account had been scrubbed & none of the responses from jabba support were saved in my email. Very suspicious activity for a internet communication service. I hope every one has better luck then I did. Best of luck!

      Do not waste your money with this company. *** spent more time on the phone with them while they reboot & refresh than the wifi has actually worked

      I would give zero stars if possible. Internet rarely works: buffering, incredibly slooow speed. We have been paying for the fastest service, but Jabba cannot even sustain connectivity for 5 minutes straight most of the time. The technicians constantly say that towers are down, but once towers are up and running---it does not matter--still no internet One technician called us unlucky, and after I said ypu do not care, she said, "Another thing that I do not care about is continuing THIS conversation!' This made me cancel service. The kicker is: Jabba does not bother to update its out-dated towers, because Jabba is the sole provider at most RV resorts; thus, you get POOR customer service ALWAYS.

      Jabba does not understand the business they are in. They charge exorbitant rates for substandard throughput. Their rules are from the dark ages and do not protect even them from abuse. And all the business they loose is amazing. Hopefully Thousand Trails will wake up.

      Terrible customer support no easy way to navigate sign in screen if an error is made. They take your money anytime but only give you service 8 to 8, live TV buffers every 10 secs
