    I went with Attic Construction for my insulation replacement. They were more expensive than some other quotes, but I was impressed with the inspector, *******. He surveyed the area, taking pictures from multiple angles. Afterward, he thoroughly explained the procedure and gave recommendations. He also went into the pros and cons of removal of existing cellulose, and the use of new cellulose or fiberglass. He also described and gave estimates for the varying levels of "R" values, depending upon the choices I would have available. We established a date for the job and the crew arrived on time, after calling and giving notice of their projected arrival time. They put plastic around everything near the access and on the garage floor as well. They went to work and evacuated the existing insulation and blew in the new fiberglass to bring the insulation to an R-43 value., a depth of seventeen inches, verified by ruler. Photos were taken at every step of the process. The inside pipes were foam sealed at the roof level. They seemed to work efficiently and cleaned everything up afterward. There was no trace of old or new insulation anywhere along the work path. ******* came out to check on the progress a couple of times. I was very pleased with the entire process and feel that I made the right decision. Although more expensive than some other quotes, I now believe it was worth it. At no time did I feel pressured into anything concerning the choices for the job. What to do and the choice of material and R values were totally up to me, as it should be. I Would recommend at least giving them the chance to bid on any insulation job you may need. I am very satisfied.

    I got a coupon in the mail flyers for an inspection with pictures. They came out and took a good amount of time with me hearing my concerns. They were thorough and went to places I had not seen myself. I got a good quote, but then was suprised - I was told the issues were few and small so a handyman would be able to do the job for far less cost. It's VERY seldom I've experienced true honesty with companies - I'm on a fixed income, so I really appreciate them! Good to see my problems were small as well!Thanks so much, I'm sleeping well now! I will recommend them to my friends and family and would hire them in the future as well.
