    I called this place because they have a hard-to-find fire alarm horn strobe in stock on their website, they confirmed they had it in stock and they agreed to ship it out same they if I pay the overnight service, which I did, then I called to verify they received the order, the person on the phone told me he will take care of my order without any problem. I needed the horn strobe by next Monday, that was the reason to pay for expedited service. Today is Tuesday and they haven't sent the device and they have stopped responding to my messages and calls, this is very bad for a business, a very unreliable company, and I won't recommend anyone dealing with them.

    I ordered a new lighting ballast and received an used and shorted ballast. I called and was informed that was a very rare error due to someone mispackaging the item. They proceeded to tell me they would promptly ship a new replacement out. I have not received the replacement or had any response to email or numerous phone calls and voice messages. I would not recommend anyone order from this company! SCAM ALERT!

    Been waiting over a mouth for one item and at this point I lost the job I needed it for because the wait was to much. I have called many times and never get anyone to pick up. at this point i would rather my money back snice I lost the job anyways.

    I'm having the same problem, supplier will not return or respond to emails. Our credit card was charged over 2 months ago and we never received the product. BEWARE
