Limited 90 Day Warranty
RadScan Medical Equipment Corporation warrants their Slicker cover and cushion as follows-
What is covered: Defects in material or workmanship
Length of warranty: 90 days from receipt
Other Limitations: This warranty does not cover products that have been lost, stolen, or damaged by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
No Other Warranty: We make no other warranty, express or implied, to you or any other person or entity
No Liability for Consequential Damages: RadScan Medical Equipment, Inc. will not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages. This means we are not responsible or liable for damages or costs incurred due to loss of time, savings, profits or revenue or use of the product. Additionally, we are not responsible or liable for damages or costs in connection with claims by others inconvenience or similar costs. In no event will our liability for any dames to you, any other person or entity, exceed the replacement cost of the cover.
No Unauthorized Changes of Warranty: Statements by agents, employees, and distributors such as advertising or presentations, do no constitute warranties by RadScan Medical Equipment, Inc., do not bind RadScan Medical Equipment, Inc. and should not be relied upon.
State Law Rights: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may no apply to you.
a. Replacement
i. To get a replacement cushion you must do the following:1. Contact your vendor or if bought directly from RadScan Medical Equipment, Inc. contact us by phone or email.
2. Must give us name, address, invoice number and date of purchase
3. We will arrange disposition of the CT Slicker® Cushion and provide a replacement
