    Selecting Newgen Surfaces Flooring Specialists was a wise choice. Their response to inquiry was rapid, on time and accurate. The job was to replace existing flooring with tile. Their quote was detailed, explaining the exact services offered, the cost and those expenses that were the responsibility of the owner. (It also explained what would not be their responsibility.) They carefully moved and replaced furniture. They kept the work site clean.I could set my watch on the agreed time they would begin work each day. Work was continuous until quitting time.They were sensitive to the esthetics and made useful suggestions for visual improvements.I plan to have them back for another job.
