- Advertising Review:On October 15, 2022, BBB requested $10 Debtor Education, LLC to substantiate, modify or discontinue claims on the website, "https://www.10debtoreducation.com/pages/course-information" that reads: "Highest quality course at the lowest possible price." "U.S. Trustee Approved In All U.S. Districts. $10 Debtor Education, LLC is approved to issue certificates evidencing completion of a personal financial management instructional course in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of a Provider’s services." In addition, BBB advised the business that a Privacy Policy should be included on their website since the business is collecting sensitive information from customers.

BBB’s Code of Advertising Section 13 Price equaling, meeting competitors' prices states when advertisers offer a price match guarantee, the offer should be made in good faith, include all necessary information to take advantage of it, and not place unreasonable burdens on the consumer who wants to take advantage of the offer.
