      The rattlesnake "wrestler" who answered our call was calm, efficient, and knowledgeable. She came to the house quickly and was VERY thorough and humane in trying to locate the rattlesnake that our ** technician said was in our crawlspace. She spent over and hour searching and digging around in the very large space. She also searched under the ** units and other places where she thought the snake may be resting. She also answered the many questions I had (so I learned a lot!). Lastly, she noticed a spot where light was coming into the crawlspace and helped me locate the potential area so that I could screen the area to prevent critters from entering the space. She was GREAT to work with all the way around. I can't recommend Rattlesnake Solutions highly enough and I will not hesitate to call them again if needed.

      Excellent service. Immediately came to house. She spent an hour and half trying to get snake that got stuck. Very patiently worked getting the snake out. Highly recommend Rattlesnake Solutions.

      Great job. They did exactly what they said they would do and then some. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. No high pressure sales as with some other firms. Once they have explained what needs to be done to keep your yard secure, you will never let your pest control company try to do it. These guys are the pros in this field.

      **** was great and got the job done humanely as well as taught my wife and myself a wealth of knowledge.He was able to catch two mating ************ living in a ****** under a Prickly Pear Cactus in my front yard in a matter of minutes from his arrival.I nearly stepped on one of them the week before while I was adjusting landscape lights in the dark. It was coiled and ready to strike. I advise not doing that in sandals and shorts!I will definitely be calling Rattlesnake Solutions in the future if I need snake removal services in a humane way.

      Another rattlesnake removed with care. This is the second time that we have used Rattlesnake Solutions-**** arrived just as the snake was on the move but he was able to secure it quickly and gently. After informing me that its mating season for rattlers, he checked out the surrounding area to be sure only one snake was around. Knowledgeable and professional, I can highly recommend this company.
