    We had a very bad experience with this company. We placed an order of 47 pcs of ******* blades in the amount of $2,913 on 2/19/21. There was 15 pcs of the blades delivered on 4/26/21. But not things had sent after the first shipment. We contact the customer service many times. Initially, they were promised that they will fulfilled the order. After a while, they didn't answer phone calls or reply emails to us any more. They also didn't want to refund the balance of $1,955 for the blades they didn't send to us.We found out that this company registered as TechEq, LLC and had a website named Efibertools.com. It was closed before the new business name SurplusEq.com, *** started. This company shouldn't get away with their dishonesty.
