  I purchased a domain transfer through this company in 2023. Their website promised a free year would be ADDED after the expiration period of the domain. When the year was over, they tried to charge me to renew it. When I chatted with customer service, they told me that they had added a year. What they mean by expiration period is not what most customers think. You think you're paying for 1 year or registration and then you get another year free. Think again! What they are DECEPTIVELY SAYING is that if your domain is set to expire tomorrow, then they are only adding a free year after tomorrow. There's no free year. Very, very deceptive! And when you try to discuss this with customer service, you are treated as if it's you that is the problem. Not that they are practicing very sly business techniques that MISLEAD customers. Please, please, never buy a thing from them!

  Please be advised that a domain registered by this company is fraudulent and attempting phishing scams. Emails received from teamoku.com, which is registered to this firm, are claiming to have made purchases from my e-commerce store and to click on links to show their bank statement as proof that they made a purchase. These attempts are fraudulent in nature and someone should be aware that this company is scamming people. Luckily, I'm not an idiot. Sample email: Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my previous email regarding the missing order confirmation letter for my recent purchase. Despite waiting for several days, I have yet to receive any confirmation of my order. To assist in resolving this issue, I have attached a copy of my bank statement to this email. It shows the payment made to your store on 2nd of August. I kindly request that you verify this payment and provide me with the confirmation letter for my order as soon as possible. If there are any additional details or steps required from my side, please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.   Id been researching ways to earn an income. I purchased a domain on their webpage for more than $2,000 because it was the domain of my dreams. I saw positively and absolutely no indication that there was a payment plan associated with the domain purchase and thought the domain was paid in full per the receipt. While researching and planning for a website, I checked on the domain and it indicated that I didnt have an active domain. I was informed that the domain was taken back because I had not made a payment. I pleaded with them for a refund but was told that their policy doesnt provide for refunds. After getting the runaround, (i.e. ***********. is looking into it, the Dedicated Team is looking into it) it was clear to me that I had a duty to warn others. Contemptible, shady, malicious, extremely unfair financial transaction. May ******** God, Allah (may ** be exalted), who sees and knows everything, ease our affairs and give us strength to forgive the people that cause us harm. Ameen

  There would be no refund in this scenario as the terms state that the payment plan must be completed before you own the domain and if the payments are not made then the domain gets transferred back to the seller.

   

  Moreover, the price display clearly shows the full price of $4288 and the options for payments, instead of $2000 as you claimed.

  I contacted this company and they refused to remove a domain that was using their services to spoof Amazon login pages. Other providers I had no issue and they promptly removed the abusive domain, but they simply stated that I did not have enough information and they simply couldnt remove the domain. I sent them a direct link from the domain with the offending URL address which clearly points to their service. My only choice is to report this on a federal level *******************************************************************************************************************

  Namesilo has deactivated my domain without notice for no reason they need to be shutdown ASAP. Zero Stars if I could. Warning do not use Namesilo to buy your domain they are basically a Scam.
