      This company is fraudulent. A salesman pops into our shop, quickly gives his sales speech of some great rates that sounded good. Says to "sign right here to get started", that once a machine gets here, then paperwork will be sent to sign. Ha..nope! I was skeptical from the beginning, and from there on out for the next month, trying to get some sort of legal documentation of a contract, only to find out that every single thing he ******** told us was a lie. He fraudulently copy & pasted our name on all sorts of paperwork that i did not approve. Rates were wrong, fees were deducted, and the response in emails was 1 a week and still things did not get taken care of. Warning to people, look at contracts before you sign, and ask lots of questions. Beware of a salesman named "****" or he may go by "*******". He should be arrested for this criminal fraudulent scam!

      This merchant (C&L Upholstery) signed the merchant processing application with the sales representative on 4/26/2024. On 5/3/2024 during the standard welcome call, the merchant expressed concern over seeing an application copy and rates that were provided verbally. In an effort to retain the account and honor the verbal agreement as opposed to the signed agreement, iMD re-sent the application for new signatures and assured the merchant that he would receive the agreed upon rates for processing- all fees were waived. The merchant did not sign the agreement, rather called to close the merchant account. A closure form was sent to the merchant via DocuSign (see attached confirmation) several times. On 6/20/24 merchant signed the closure and the account was closed without fees- iMerchant Direct considers this matter resolved.

      I have been processing with IMD for 7yrs and they have been excellent, only processor that hasn't had held my mine or changed my rate. I have worked with **** and she has been great, super responsive with any questions I have had.

      This company stole a client, that I had introduced to them, last year. This year I found out that a client of mine somehow disappeared from my portfolio that I should have been paid for the last three years. They said, since I didn't notice it, they would only repay me for 90 days of commissions. Several clients of mine will not become clients again because of their unscrupulous practices to extract ETFs and then "lost revenue" for months still left on the contract, which iMerchant Direct broke.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

      **************** has been an independent contractor with iMerchant Direct since 2/21/2020. *************** wrote several deals over the course of his tenure with iMD, some of which no longer process with iMerchant Direct.
      With Regards to the merchant account that *************** is requesting back residual for, the merchant account has been added to his portfolio and back paid for 90 days per the *** agreement **************** signed (copy enclosed and highlighted).
      iMerchant Direct has thousands of processing merchants. Although every effort is made to ensure all deals are connected to the agents dashboard, we rely on the agent to also be cognitive of their own commissions and merchant accounts. When looking at this account we noticed this also did not show on the house residual report. Per our agreement with the processor, we have only 90 days back as well. Further, per the agent agreement **************** signed, actual notification regarding the account has yet to be provided. iMerchant Direct made the adjustment and issued the back pay as a courtesy. There are no additional funds due to ****************. iMerchant Direct considers this matter resolved.

      I was affiliated with this company in April 2022 as a sales rep. ***** several months I realized they are a company of fraudulent and unscrupulous business activities. They stole money from the 2 merchants I signed them up with. Thank God it was only 2 merchants. As a small business owner do your self a favor and stay away from them at all costs.

      This sales agent wrote three deals here whilst writing deals for other processors as well. He moved the merchant account here and then to another provider to make bonus twice. When he moved the merchant accounts, he neglected to inform the merchant of the early termination fees. iMerchant Direct notified merchants about the early termination fees at which point they indicated they didnt even know the account was being moved away from iMerchant Direct. This agent is upset because he has lost the income on the accounts. iMerchant Direct did not steal money from the merchants. The agent is the only person who realized financial gain

      Our account is closed. They are still taking money out of our account. Called and spoke to and account manager on 12/19/22. He gave me a ticket number and assured me we would be contacted within 72 hours. This did not happen. I called again on 1/6/23. They routed the call to tech support. The tech support person took my phone number, once again I was assured that I would get a call back. This was at at 9:50 am. At 11:25 a I sent an email. Still nothing

      IMerchant Direct billed this customer for the annual fee (which customer signed for). As a courtesy we issued a 100% refund on 1/9/23.

      Unauthorized checks debited from my account totaling over $2500. After first promising a refund, they now don't return phone calls or emails. Forged signatures and altered documents. A quick search of the internet shows a pattern of deceptive practices.
