    Had an excellent experience working with Craters & Freighters of Phoenix. They were prompt in providing me with a quote and worked with me to understand my needs and adjust the quote as needed. My shipment arrived on time and very well packaged. I was impressed with the quality of their work.

    I shipped a custom-made table from Phoenix to ************. The service at Phoenix was friendly and professional. I was delighted when I received the table. It had been tightly packed in a custom-made crate fully lined with styrofoam that could have withstood some pretty rough handling (though there was no evidence of that). The table came through without a scratch. I highly recommend this company.

    I needed to transport a heavy piece of furniture across country, and Craters and Freighters were wonderful to work with and made the whole process from quote to delivery easy! The shipment arrived early and packed incredibly well. Would absolutely use them again if the need arises!

    We purchased some art at our favorite gallery anywhere--****** Art ******* in **********, *******. Normally I pick it up in person but decided one time to use a shipper for a single painting that had glass, for a shipment to where we live in South ********. Of course, it arrived smashed which was NOT ******** fault but instead the fault of an unrelated shipper who did not pack it correctly. So, I was a bit nervous about trying a shipper again but honestly, do not have the time to fly to Phoenix, get a truck, pack and haul and make the trek ***** miles away.Since we had several items, ****** recommended Craters and Freighters and to say I was pleased with the results is an understatement. The shipment arrived crated, the crate was sealed like a tomb and each painting within the crate was packaged perfectly, each piece lined with the appropriate type of acid-free paper lining to protect the various types of mediums from which the team at Craters individually insulated and wrapped and packaged in a user friendly manner that also ensured when we received and opened it on our end we did not accidentally damage even a single piece of art. GREAT, GREAT experience--and all this for a very reasonable price! HIGHLY recommend.
