  I have had 4 warranties in my lifetime, and veritas by far is the worst! I had the top tier plan (recently expired). for my *** X3 here were the remaining issues - 2 wheels needed bearings - Shocks/struts (leaking and failing) all around (only offered to cover 1/4th but only parts)- Needed a drive belt - Engine Seal Leaks - veritas declined multiple items that were in failure, I think they covered 1 wheel bearing and some parts only on other repairs.If you would like to just give the company your money without the security of knowing you will be covered for sure, Veritas is your company.

  I had a great experience with Veritas. When I noticed my transmission malfunction, I took it to the closest dealer, and they told me there was an internal issue with my transmission. I asked them to call Veritas and explain the issue to them, and they did. Veritas covered the cost, while I only had to pay my deductible.

  They approved my claim for the replacement of my 2020 ***** truck transmission that failed. I was expecting them to cover the full payment, but they didn't; I had to pay an out-of-pocket amounting to $960. fair enough, but I was expecting a full payment.

  Veritas exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a runaround when my engine got damaged beyond repair, but I didn't get any. As soon as the adjuster came and examined the damage, my claim was approved. Some companies will give you a hundred reasons why they can't pay for it.

  This is my third year with Veritas Global Protection, and we have had a good relationship. Though I haven't needed their services frequently, the two times I did, they handled both situations excellently.

  my dealership filed on my behalf since they recommended Veritas. I don't know how long it took them to approve the claim, but I got my car back from the dealership four days later without an out-of-pocket payment. Decent service.

The dealership contacted Veritas on my behalf, and within just two days, Veritas had the steering rack replaced. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I am very satisfied with the prompt and professional service provided by Veritas.
