Purchased a car on 5/12/2025 through *******. Within my 7 day window, all four tires leaked and would not hold air from day one. The vehicle had a total of 5 tires, one spare on the back of the vehicle exposed. Silverrock refused to replace all five and was okay with have mismatched, different brand and style tires on a 50k vehicle. They elected to replace four of the tires only. This is after multiple attempts to reason with both carvana and silver rock, I purchased the vehicle under the impression all tires would hold air and be the same tire. Second issue, the battery in the car was no good and they refused to replace battery, making me pay for it after 6 days of being in possession of said vehicle. Third issue was the roof of the vehicle was delaminating, which is a major issue which will leak to water damage inside the cab of the vehicle. So, in 6 days of ownership, I bought a 51k vehicle, paid and additional $3300 for a silver rock premier warranty, and ended up spending 690$ at ********* for a fifth, matching tire and car battery. For a vehicle I purchased 6 days ago. I am wanting reimbursed for my expenditure of $690 as I should not have to replace both of these items on a car I just purchased. Receipts can be submitted showing my purchase. Date and time stamped.Review fromMelvin S

I have a 2014 **** tts Silverock and Nationwide Auto repairs Did not honor The warranty on my car, I purchased the car from ******* with a 1500 1 month warranty, They instructed me to go to Nationwide repair shop because the shocks on the car werte leaking oil when ******* delivered the car. Nationwide replaced my shocks but the didnt replace the plug ins to the shocks which are very vital to the suspension. Nationwide claims they put the right shocks on my car, The **** dealer ship told me the shocks on my car are for a ********* **** tts not a 2014 **** tts I ask Nationwide I'd they had the receipt and the part number for the shocks they put on my car the answer was no, I don't have the receipt. The **** dealership told me the shocks part number Nationwide claims the shocks on my car are correct but could not show me the receipt, If they were the correct shocks the suspension light in the dash would not be on, I have to claim numbers for these shocks The claim numbers should be for the right shocks and the caps that plug into the shocks to get a magnetic ride Nationwide is refused to go to the dealership to get the right shocks and caps they put the wrong shocks on my car I spent 1700 for the caps at the dealership because they continued to say the right shocks are on your car but you cant show me a receipt or apart number the caps are a once you connect to the shocks that's it you can only use them one time if they don't work on your shocks you have the wrong shocks on your car no refunds on these caps silver rock and Nationwide are to blame. The nationwide manager told me to take my car to another shop and he will never work on a **** again the shocks are not the right shocks for my car and they know that and will not replace them Highway robberySilverRock

We bought a ********************************************* *********** back in August of 2024. We had the car 1 day and found out it was a lemon. We were pressured to buy the $7000 Silver Rock warranty. SilverRock has denied every single claim to fix the engine, gears and sensor. The ******* dealership told us the car is worthless. DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM SILVER ROCK. It is a waste of money. Today the engine finally blew and we are giving the *** back to BridgeCrest.SilverRock

Silverrock ***** so hard I recently bought a 2010 ******** after two days of ownership the clutch went out. I took it to the "approved" repair place that couldn't handle clutch issues so then had to have it towed to the dealership. After a month of dragging their feet they have decided they will not cover the clutch and flywheel replacement because they're wear items. I had the car two days and only drove 30 miles.SilverRock

Company is a joke and deserves 0 stars. Took my car in before my mileage and warranty expired but now have to come out of pocket for repairs. I had to wait on Midas to get the part but during that time the companies severed ties. It wasnt until today they referred me to a new repair shop (the last day of my warranty coverage). They will not accept a claim from me because I am now over my mileage even though I started my claim well beforehand and had to wait on them to find a new company to do business with. Im now responsible because two companies cannot communicate to their customers that they are no longer working with each other in a timely manner. Disgraceful.SilverRock

When I first signed up for SilverRock under DriveTime three weeks ago, I was truly excited to have a legit warranty company. Unfortunately, that feeling was short lived. I discovered that car that I was sold and covered under had an hole in the transmission. They denied my claim. Stating that the damage was caused by the driver. And that I would be responsible for finding a way to pay for it. However, I only had the car for two weeks and the damage was not done by meSilverRock

Who owns SilverRock??? Because theyre just getting $! Thats it! Ive only had my car 2-3 months, and they wont even cover my door thats not opening from either side. Thats not my fault! Nor did the dealership say there was a defect with the vehicles door! It has to be electrical related, and the warranty only covers whats under the hood. That makes no sense! Ive already had to go off about the freaking power steering pump that they WOULD not cover! Thats under the hood, right? This place is a sham!SilverRock

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only does their in network ****, they ALLL* will hold your vehicle for money. My car was first at platinum auto where my battery cover is missing and now no one could find it nor was it left in my vehicle. When I called silver rock they said it was not their responsibility that the shop could not find it. So Im just riding around with out a battery cover. Highly upset.SilverRock
