10.24.22 BAD experience with Sparkle Tech Window Washing. After texting a quote for $175 a week ago Saturday, confirming $ and scheduling job for Friday, 2-5pm and receiving a text confirmation at 11:47am on Friday, they just didn't show up. No answer on text or phone Fri pm or Sat am. No answer on phone Monday until about 10am when I finally got through. The receptionist said, "So sorry" about mix-up on Friday, and rescheduled for Monday afternoon 1-5pm. At 11:57am, I received a text from a new number saying it was Sparkle Tech and saying the job was quoted wrong and it would be $250 instead of $175 for our condo. I called the office a few times and finally reached the receptionist at 2:00pm. She didnt know anything about the text, "must have been sent by the technician coming to clean the windows". At this point, I said I didn't think this was going to work out and the receptionist hung up on me. I am very disappointed in this company as we were all set to get windows washed and had a company, who, we thought has a good reputation and track record. Our experience was anything but. We understand we are all people and can make mistakes, however, Sparkle Tech failed so many times before they even got a technician here to do the job, we just do not want them on the property. We hope to find someone soon who will do the job and will be happy to post a positive review!Review fromKenneth M

Very pleased with the results! The crew was fast and paid attention to detail. However, three things concerned me - 1. I called to see if you accept ***** The answer was yes with no mention of an additional fee for using my credit card. For some retirees on a fixed income even an additional $4 makes a difference. 2. I wld encourage your company to accept Zelle payments. It's protected, immediate transfer and zero fee. 3. Pls include cleaning screens. I hope the next time I need window cleaning these items will have been addressed. Thank you!Sparkle Tech Window Washing

Extremely disappointed in recent advertised $99 outside window cleaning for one story home. Day of cleaning fee turned into $250 (less $20). Job completed in one hour - $230, not realistic and NOT as advertised!! End of doing business with this company.Sparkle Tech Window Washing

You didn't pay for your service and your going to write bad review . We should call the police for services rendered an unpaid. You still owe us $131 for your service.
