NEGLECT. Solo boarding, dog has aniexty (I guess) and instead of getting him medical treatment or emergency contact to pick him up. Staff allowed himself to keep causing harm to himself (FIRST TIME EVER happening and we been to numerous boarding chains) Came back my dog was LEAKING p*** Not able to sit because he kept flinching in pain and his tail to his upper chest was inflamed scabbed and absolutely horrific. Im finally writing this post after the 4-5 week it took him to heal and a $700 vet bill later (stress colitis diagnosis = scrape-goat for this company) NEVER will I bring my dog here again. All I want to know was when were they going to STOP letting my dog continue to self harm. Clearly its not the right fit. So dont agree to continue to care for a dog when you clearly cant. When your dog acts funny. Listen to your dog and not the staff.Contacted staff same day with my concerns and NEVER checked on my dog again to see if he was ok.
