    Cali is very professional and made my microblading procedure feel safe, comfortable, and explained the importance and significance of the process, (before and during) and supplied me with aftercare instructions and a maintenance/healing kit.Her work area was sterilized and tidy, her supplies were labeled and appropriately fitted for my microblading experience.I am a licensed esthetician with almost a decade in the industry, and was excited to learn more about microblading. I had many questions! Without hesitation, she answered my curious/inquisitive questions with detail and assurance. She offered me water, a warm blanket, asked if I needed a break or more numbing agent at the right times. Shes a walking example of bedside manner. We stayed in contact and she checked in to see how I was doing. It was a month before my wedding when I proposed a collaboration for promotional advertising that ultimately led us both to success in gaining clientele, reputation and growth as small business entrepreneurs.Once I was healed and ready for my 2nd and final touch up, my brows were still looking great. She became a friend of mine following our collaborations and one on one training. In fact, she became a loyal bridesmaid at my wedding and a supportive, caring friend .It was an unexpected friendship and I am so grateful we met. Im lucky to have had her as a skincare and lash client, and cant wait to meet up again one day to catch up, I am honored to share our story as independent, prevailing beauty experts, we continued to ripen our careers into all-around quality of service in the beauty industry.
