  I ran into a few roadblocks while working with NeedMyTranscript, but after 12 days and going through customer support, they finally fulfilled my request in a timely and appropriate manner. However, I highly advise that you go directly to your accredited high school first before using any third parties to deal with such a matter. That being said, I can understand how hard it must be for them to get into contact with the school and verify the student's involvement with them and so forth.

  May - June are always busy times of the year for schools because they are busy with final exams and graduations. Unfortunately, we have no control over how quickly your high school sends out your records. Our Terms of Service clearly states, "We are responsible for submitting your signed request and applicable documents fees to the correct transcript processing location (high school or district). We are not responsible for any delays in fulfilling your order once the high school or district has received your signed request and payment from **. Typically, a high school or district will fulfill transcript requests within **** business days of receipt. " If it only took ***************************************************************************************************** our Terms of Service.

  I ordered my transcript on 3/8/23. I never received my transcripts. I emailed several times to inquire about my order. I was given the run around and finally when I asked for my money back as per their terms and conditions. ****** told me that I had used a fraudulent name etc to order my transcripts so therefore I was not entitled to a refund, minus the $3 fee as per their terms. Meanwhile, after not receiving my transcripts, I used a similar company with the very same information and they were able to provide me with my transcripts a timely manner. Another point I would like make is that even though ****** had left her direct phone number at the bottom of each email. I called her several times, left messages and I still never got a call. This is not the way a good business treats their customers. I feel I had no other recourse than to post this review. Please provide the refund that I am entitled to. I will then provide a revised review. Thank you

  We are sorry to hear that are not satisfied with your experience. Our Terms of Service clearly state that typically a high school or district will fulfill requests within **** business days of receipt. You are not entitled to a refund per our Terms of Service because you received your records on 03-29-2023 which is within the time frame provided.

  You do NOT have to use this company to have transcripts processed. Contact your institution first!!! You may be able to get transcripts faster and cheaper. I process transcripts for a high school for which we charge $5.00. This company charges much more! (sending us a $5.00 check to cover our fee.) Requests reach me weeks after being submitted to RequestMyTranscript which means there is a lot of wasted time before they reach the final destination.Also, Your institution may have a more secure way to reqeust transcripts. I'm not sure who is getting all the CC and DL info, how they are handeling it or storing it. I have received requesets that have been mailed from *******, **** and *******. There is no continuity of checks/envelopes and all return addresses are PO boxes. I imagine "independant contractors" working from home to process these requests.

  Our service is voluntary. We offer an online convenience for students who don't have time to call schools during business hours, leave a message, write a letter, purchase a money order, follow up on their request, etc. We try our best to make the process easier. Students always have the option to reach out to their high school directly. We clearly state that in the first sentence of our Terms of Service (********************************************).   this company is a bunch of ******** first it takes them over two weeks to tell me they dont have anything yet. then they contact the wrong school so of course i wont be in they system then tells me i cant get a refund because i wasnt in they system. even though i gave correct information and they contacted someone completely different. dont even bother with them.

  I can attest that this product/service is not a scam. In regards to the timeliness of the service, I cannot comment on it. I purchased two separate transcripts, one for myself (unofficial) and one for my ************************ (official, mail).The order was placed 12/9 and closed out 12/19. I've received my copy in the e-mail from my high school today, which is accurate to my attendance. I cannot speak for how long it will take to arrive to ***************, as I've actually transferred to a different institution right after placing the order (i.e. it's no longer relevant to me). That all to say, the service is legitimate and not a scam. I had my concerns at first, based on the reviews here and the lack of reviews anywhere else **************** groups, Reddit, etc). Worth keeping in mind, their claim is 10 business days to process the request through the school, which they stayed under! I don't think it's fair to account for shipping time as they do not control that. If I need a certified copy of my high school transcript again, I will use their service.

  The company fail to uphold their commitment of 7 to 10 days and blamed it on the Postal service.i had to send them two to 4 emails trying to get this matter resolve. I asked for a refund

  I ordered an "Official Transcript" and requested it be delivered to a specific agency. I have the specific confirmation with an order number stating that I ordered a transcript that would be delivered to that specific agency. I then receive an email from these idiots in ********* saying they had an order from me for an Unofficial Transcript that would be delivered to myself . They were not willing to process the order as the confirmation stated and they would not respond via email and they will not answer their phone. Service ***** and communication ***** along with not being able to process a simple order request! What a bunch of ******!!!!

  I'm so disappointed! I ordered my transcripts on June 30th and have yet to receive anything yet. Order 47SE1H70WDEFAC19. Today's date is 8/19/22......Well over a month. This has costed me to push back my start date of 7/21 to 8/31. I had to redo my FASFA again for the new start date and have no confidence that I'll start on time at the end of the month. Seems like excuses and bad communication. Very dissatisfied and annoyed!

  DON'T USE NEEDMYTRANSCRIPT. THEY'RE FRAUDS! Those transcripts arrived in my mailbox two weeks ago........the middle of February! The company NeedMyTranscript is bogus. Keep the ten dollars you never earned. Every chance I get I'll blast your company on the frauds you are! I called the school myself and spoke to the administrator there. She sent the transcripts to me personally and to the school for my inconvenience, not you the company. NeedMyTranscript is full of crap!

We were informed that the Registrar is no longer working there and the new Registrar did not receive the request. Hence this was not fulfilled. We have already processed a full refund and we sent a copy of the refund receipt to you for your records.Again, we apologize for what happened.
