  I asked as a new customer to swap out my bins for clean ones. After swapping them out I was told it was a $70 fee. When I called to inquire I was spoken to rudely with out care from office manager. Thats are policy. I told her that you need to tell people up front. She didnt care. I can not recommend based on this.

  Canceled service half an hour after starting. Had a very difficult time getting someone to answer the phone. This company has a phone system that disconnects there calls after eight rings without an option to leave a voicemail. When we did get through a very rude lady would not listen to us, refused to cancel our request saying when we signed up on line we signed a cotract and we have to pay for service. They would not refund our start up fees or our three month prepayed service. It is no wonder BBB has given them a "F" rating.

  We've had Titan for a little over a year. Their prices are fair, they never missed a pick-up, and when I had a problem with the trash cart someone responded in less than 24 hours. On the two occasions I needed to contact them, they were very responsive. They're locally owned and not part of a huge conglomerate, so I like keeping my dollars local. Titan is one of the best trash haulers we've had and I would highly recommend them.

  This trash service is terrible. They started as a gift from mom and dad. They are quick to complain about their customers and their customers may not choose another company because of their proprietary contracts. We unfortunately had to bend over backwards to follow their rules and always paid for the service electronically before they sent out their bills. We were fortunate to move and no longer have to use them, but they have now stabbed us in the back. We sent our payment for the final quarter the end of September and have proof of payment from the bank. We finally sold our house and closed the end of October thus paying for 2 months we will not use. We received 2 bills in one week stating we did not pay for the final quarter and now owe a late fee and this is in December. We have tried calling for the last week and get a message about they are receiving numerous calls and cannot answer, please leave a message. Well we called multiple times leaving messages with details and have not received a message or phone call about the problem. And you wonder why you have too many phone calls?

  Titan does an excellent job of picking up my garbage and recycle items every week. Their workers are respectful, friendly and very helpful. They go the extra mile. I am very happy with their service.
