Im staying at the Happy Together RV Resort. This past Tuesday, 1/2/2024, I was in a group of occupants that had gathered for the weekly Bingo game in the clubhouse. Before the game began, owner, ***********, announced that a resident couple owed money for something. I believe that this announcement was inappropriate. I spoke up to make a point of it not being the appropriate time of place to take care of his issue with the residents. He forged ahead none the less. The residents denied the claim and eventually stood up and left. To make my point, I also left. This morning I found a text from ** on my phone informing me that I was to vacate the park at the end of the month. **************************

Unauthorized credit card charge made on customer credit card for faulty merchandise and/or services by SQ Happy Together RV (Happy Together RV Park) without asking customers permission and charging credit card while customer was not present at business nor gave permission to do so. A highly dissatisfied customer who filed a dispute and won with my bank providing proof, considering the business owner refused to communicate near the end with customers documented evidence. This business pattern needs to be corrected so all current and future customers/tenants are fully aware of what this business does as a negative practice not asking permission from the customers/tenants in person at their office to store/save their credit/debit card information (during Rv check in/check out) and charge when the business feels it going shopping anytime using customer/tenant credit card/debit card or charging the customer/tenant credit/debit card when the business feels like it -- not asking permission from the customers/tenants in general when giving the ** bill. There is no particular wording that says you (customer/tenant) are agreeing to let this business store/save your credit card/debit card info and charge when the business owner feels they may. Highly dishonest. Good values and customer service is the key to even stay in business even if you are wrong even if the business is wrong; own up to mistakes and commit to being better especially when the customer was never present, never in town, never did a sale on the phone or online. Thank you. This business deserves no star reviews in reality.
